Failing to get medical help for someone having a life threatening incident, that is a crime against Human Rights. The US Gestapo are not above Human Rights laws.

If people aren't horrified by ICE arresting a girl during a seizure, ask yourself what you've accepted as normal.

Why is he over her like that? There’s no First Aid training that tells you to do that over someone having a seizure. Clear the area, and make sure she doesn’t hurt herself. Not resist her movements.
