A video shows two ICE agents aggressively restraining a man as he suffers seizures on the floor of a Home Depot Eastern Ave parking lot in Baltimore, Maryland. The released images show how the man, who is handcuffed on the ground, begins to suffer a sudden episode of abnormal electrical activity, which causes his feet and other parts of his body to begin to tremble, in addition to suffering moments of unconsciousness. After a few seconds, the officers help the man up, who is regaining consciousness; in the video, he can even be seen drooling, coughing, and breathing with difficulty. Link to full story:
