ICE violently detain U.S. citizen—for filming on public sidewalk. Lock her in jail over 7 hours—then swab her cheeks to collect DNA. 2 agents drag her off the sidewalk & slam her up against their vehicle. Reason for arrest was "impeding"—but video clearly shows her backing up on the sidewalk and not in the street. Apparently agents got upset because she called them names—and they wanted to prove their toughness. Incident occurred near the El Super grocery store in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego, California. To all of the MAGA Republicans and ICE defenders who are claiming that this woman in Minneapolis, Minnesota, tried to run ICE officers over with her car before they shot and killed her, here is the actual video. As you can clearly see, there are three ICE officers to the side of her car, and she slowly pulls away as they shoot her in the face. This is Trump‘s America.

This woman lives in an HOA. The back of her yard backs up into an easement that is owned by the HOA. The trees back there are on the easement. She points out that there are fallen branches all over her neighbors yard because of the trees and there were many in her yard as well. So she and her children went and picked up all the branches and sticks in her yard and then she piled them up under the tree. She said since the tree is on the HOA easement, it’s their problem. She wants to know if she is the bad guy in all this. If it were me, I’d maintain my yard and put the branches and sticks out for the trash pickup. Do you think she is in the right and it’s the HOA’s problem? Or do you think she is wrong and is making a mountain out of a molehill and there are better hills to plant your flag on?

Woman pulls out phone to "Call ICE" on another shopper—over a parking spot. "You said you were going to call ICE on me," woman filming yells. "I'm going to call ICE or the police!" she shouts back. "You're supposed to be in jail." "I'm a U.S. citizen, honey—I was born here!... go ahead and call them, what are they gonna do?" Statement from MomTok143: I was born and raised in LA, and today, for the first time, I experienced racism. A woman threatened to call ICE on me over a parking space she took. The ease with which she did it, tells me this wasn't new for her. What's shocking is that she's Hispanic too. This superiority mindset has to STOP!" I'm not proud of how I reacted, but I won't deny my anger. I was threatened, and no one deserves to be intimidated or treated that way. The incident occurred at a Cost Less Food Company location in Orange County, California.

ICE block ambulance from reaching driver in time to save her life—witness testimony of agent shooting U.S. citizen volunteer. "There was delay getting ambulance to victim," he said. "As agents slowly moved their SUVs out of way." Agents also refused to let doctor near her body immediately after she was shot—even though he was the first on the scene. "The agents were on either side of the car and back a few feet... so, no, they weren't driving at the agents with any intention of hitting them—they were driving in between them," witness concluded. 🚨BREAKING: MULTIPLE ICE agents were caught on video pointing their guns at unarmed U.S. citizens, AGAIN, after assaulting them with pepper spray. This time in Anthony, New Mexico. After arresting one man, an ICE agent walks around the car and pepper-sprays a family member, while other agents are holding down a U.S. citizen. A woman appears to be explaining that the person they’re trying to arrest is a citizen, as he’s seen trying to crawl back toward the sidewalk. Meanwhile, other family members are standing on the sidewalk filming. Then, an agent walks up with his gun and points it toward the people filming. Another agent moves toward the sidewalk and pepper-sprays two people, then backs away… as MULTIPLE other agents draw their weapons. Now, you have FOUR unarmed U.S. citizens standing on a sidewalk with MULTIPLE ICE agents pointing guns at them. Two had just been pepper-sprayed… They were in pain, trying to wipe their eyes and barely able to see. Two were filming/helping the other family members. So, what exactly was the threat? Clearly, there wasn’t one. And one of the unarmed women had to point this out… to the agents pointing guns at HER… before they finally went back to their cars and drove away. These people were unarmed. They were on the sidewalk. They weren’t attacking anyone. They weren’t threatening the agents. Yet, we keep seeing ICE agents escalate these encounters by pulling their firearms on UNARMED U.S. CITIZENS. And we are supposed to just accept that as normal? Absolutely not. Being a federal agent does not put you above the Constitution… And wearing a badge does not give you a license to point a gun at anyone you don’t like.
