Posting this I learned that people think it’s common for Seattle to be snowy and ice-y. It’s absolutely not. We almost never get snow that sticks. And we for sure don’t get ice storms—this was our worst ice in over a decade.

This is triggering me real bad 😩 I remember one year an ice storm hit STL. By the time they sent us home from school the ice was so slick and thick I had to crawl and ice pick my way up my parents front yard using my house keys to get to the door.😖 I haaaaaate winter
