ICE is running ads on X: no real qualifications needed, sign-up bonus, student debt forgiveness. For a lot of people locked out of work, it’s going to be irresistible. And that’s a problem. But look at the fine print—“catch the worst of the worst.” In LA, it isn’t gangs they’re chasing. They’re snatching the lady selling tamales outside Home Depot. It’s day laborers trying to feed their families. In LA, ICE isn’t in the gang neighborhoods. They’re targeting the“easy”, not the crime.

EXCLUSIVE: Early this morning in the Omaha, Nebraska area, ICE arrested a MS-13 kingpin who is wanted for five aggravated murders in El Salvador and is on the country’s most wanted fugitives list, multiple ICE officials tell Fox News. ICE also arrested a MS-13 associate he was living with, 30-year-old Rene Saul Escobar Ochoa, who is also wanted in El Salvador for allegedly giving orders to fellow gang members to commit multiple murders. Both men are illegal aliens who had embedded themselves in the Omaha area. Fox is told the kingpin is not being identified due to the sensitivity of an ongoing investigation. Video of both arrests provided courtesy of ICE. Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons’ statement to FOX: “When ICE agents move in to make an arrest, it is extremely important that the public not interfere. ICE agents were carrying out the arrest of an illegal alien when a bystander stepped in and confronted them. During the confrontation, he challenged one of the agents to take off his badge so they could fight. Threatening federal agents while they’re carrying out an arrest isn’t going to stop the operation. It’s just a fast way to create even more problems for yourself.

This wasn’t “ICE attacking protesters.” It was agents doing their job after being surrounded and blocked from entering a federal facility. Crowd members threw objects, tried to slash tires, and blocked vehicles. When that happens, it’s not a “peaceful protest” it’s interference with federal law enforcement. They did not ask his name, did not provide any documentation, and would not give information as to why he was being arrested. According to one of the ICE workers, after the fact, he was not who they were looking for, and despite his having no criminal history, he is still being detained somewhere. The GoFundMe is to help his family be able to afford a lawyer so that he can get the legal help that he deserves and needs. 👉
