So it is possible Kai could copyright a logo or patch or university coat of arms with "Streamer University" in it but that is as far as it would go.

For example, you can’t copyright the genre of “TV game show.” You CAN copyright specific formats - wheel of fortune vs jeopardy vs who wants to be a millionaire. However Kai didn’t do anything particularly special.
