This man should absolutely be charged with federal crimes for kicking that door into that agent. Democrats typically remain quiet while their constituents assault federal agents, but then all the sudden find their voice when ICE responds. It's not about keeping people safe. It's about not enforcing our immigration laws and trying to manipulate the public into hating ICE so they will stop deporting a demographic democrats are using and want to use for political power.

An ICE agent in Maine fatally shot a man in his car on Monday, DHS said, marking the second time in a week that ICE officers have used deadly force in the U.S. DHS said an ICE officer “fearing for public safety” shot and killed the 26-year-old father while agents were watching the home of someone they believed was in the country illegally and had a final order of removal from the country. I asked Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger’s office how exactly would ICE get a signed judicial warrant for illegal immigrants in the Fairfax County jail, like Abdul Jalloh, who is accused of murdering a Virginia mother. Spanberger’s office still has not responded. Earlier this week, Spanberger’s office said ICE should request a signed judicial warrant if they want Jalloh deported. Jonathan Fahey says that might sound reasonable, but isn’t reasonable, and that Spanberger is knowingly putting up roadblocks to prevent ICE from doing their job and deporting Jalloh, who has a lengthy violent criminal history. ICE says, “Section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act provides ICE officers the authority to arrest aliens without a judicial warrant. In fact, no judge in this country has the authority to issue a warrant for a civil immigration violation. Congress, by statute, vested this authorization solely to supervisory immigration officers. Local police officers don’t need a warrant when they encounter someone breaking the law in a public space, and the same holds true for ICE officers. Obstructing or otherwise interfering with an ICE arrest is a crime, and anyone involved may be subject to prosecution under federal law.”

An ICE agent was struck by a suspect's vehicle during an attempted arrest in New Jersey, and then opened fire as the driver sped away. The confrontation unfolded along Route 72 in Manahawkin shortly as federal immigration agents moved in to take a suspect into custody. Authorities say the vehicle was hit by gunfire, but the suspect managed to escape and remains on the run. Police say they were not involved in the ICE operation and there is currently no known threat to the public.
