Some people were wondering where Punch plush toy was. It is always there inside the cave. He brought the plush toy out again yesterday before feeding time because he was scared. Thankfully Shikano was aware he was inside the cave & Miyakoshi also knows now when Punch brings the toy out during feeding time, that means he's scared. Miyakoshi tried his best to get Punch to go eat with the other monkeys. He even put Punch down halfway, but Punch refused and climbed right back onto him. First, Punch wrapped himself around Miyakoshi's neck because he was nervous about the other monkeys screaming, and then he covered Miyakoshi's face with his tiny hands especially his nose! 😂 Miyakoshi couldn't do anything about it and ended up blushing. ☺️☺️😁 #punch #miyakoshi

5/1 Punch was standing alone at the door, continuously peeking outside, waiting for his friends. 😞😭 It's heartbreaking to see Punch like that. But when Shikano arrived, Punch immediately clung to him and wouldn't eat anything. Maybe he was feeling cold after the rain had continued all day. When Shikano asked him to get down, Punch refused and hugged him even more tightly. In the end, Shikano carried him inside. ❤️ #punch #punchmonkey

Punch was with his mom, looking frightened because there was some noise in the background. He seemed scared by the monkeys’ screams and clung tightly to his mom for comfort. 😪❤️ As other monkeys passed by him, it almost looked as though his mom had snatched him away or was protecting him from being bullied. 🥺 But then, suddenly, something happened and Punch was taken away from his mom. It made me worried could he be feeling missing her? 😪 Seeing Punch with his mom brings such mixed feelings. When Punch approached another baby monkey from the troop in attempt to communicate, the baby monkey avoided him. Punch then sat down, apparently giving up on communicating with the monkey, after which he was scolded and dragged by an adult monkey. The adult monkey that dragged Punch is probably the mother of the monkey with whom Punch tried to communicate. She probably felt that her baby was annoyed by Punch and got upset, expressing "don't be mean." Punch has been scolded by other monkeys many times in the past and has learned how to socialize with them. In the video, Punch runs to his stuffed orangutan toy after being dragged. However, as usual, he left the stuffed toy after a short while and was communicating with other monkeys. The video was probably recorded on the morning of February 19. During feeding time at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m., Punch acted no differently than on any other day. In order to integrate Punch into other Japanese monkey troops, we anticipated that this kind of challenge may arise. This week, it seems Punch hasn't had a chance to meet his dads. 😭 I also wonder how long this new feeding routine for Punch will continue. It feels like it's been going on for quite a while, but I'm not sure. 🥺🥺 I hope it's possible to gradually help Punch stop clinging to his dads while still letting him eat inside Monkey Mountain, where he can at least see them even if he doesn't cling to them.
