One Of A Kind Edifice !

The masses should be more focused on building of decent low income housing, and not all these bullshit that 99.99% of the population can't afford to rent, talk less of buy

I agree..you and I need to start investing in low cost housing 👏👏

Is this meant to be a snide remark?

Where is the lie in my response?🤔

You shifted the responsibility of building low income houses from govt to masses, cos who else has the capacity to do it on a massive scale?

These are the kinds of apartments that will beautify the coastal road section.

May God bless Nigeria.💚🇳🇬 Sights we love to see.✍️

Na ibo man get am 🙄

Goto New York or Paris where you see a similar building plan being replicated to solve housing needs.

It's just boxes on top of boxes. Where is the architectural masterpiece side?

You can build your own so we help you post ❤️

Confirms what I thought.

Seeing some comments about the building not being "iconic enough". Until we rid ourselves of this "unrealistic luxury" mindset, I don't think we can solve some underlying issues in this country. We don't need residential buildings to be too iconic but functional for the users.

Wow 🤩 The architecture is innovative. Imagine how magnificent Nigeria would look with more buildings like this! 🇳🇬

The design and infrastructure is innovative. Nollywood Directors should start shooting scenes in iconic areas to show modernization!!

It's truly a beautiful architectural design.

Beautiful

This structure is on Bourdillon, Ikoyi. Just opposite your president’s new Home.

This is the kind of building that should be on Lekki epe expressway

Just one apartment here is enough God 🤲🙏
