The masses should be more focused on building of decent low income housing, and not all these bullshit that 99.99% of the population can't afford to rent, talk less of buy

Seeing some comments about the building not being "iconic enough". Until we rid ourselves of this "unrealistic luxury" mindset, I don't think we can solve some underlying issues in this country. We don't need residential buildings to be too iconic but functional for the users.

After 144 years of construction, Barcelona’s Sagrada Familia is finally complete. The iconic basilica, designed by architect Antoni Gaudí and considered one of the most ambitious architectural projects in modern history, was shaped by Gaudí for 43 years before his death exactly 100 years ago, when he was struck by a tram while the church was still far from finished. In the final years of his life, Gaudí lived on the construction site and devoted himself almost entirely to the project. At the time of his death, only about 10% to 15% of the basilica had been completed, leaving future generations with the monumental task of carrying out his vision. A century later, that vision has finally become reality.

Yesterday night we asked Mr. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu why the Ojota–Opebi Link Bridge is yet to be opened to the public. He informed us about his plan and mentioned that as one of his flagship projects the bridge incorporates an aesthetic architectural element similar to the Lekki Ikoyi Link Bridge, which was designed and executed by the Lagos State Governor Candidate and Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat #KOH during his tenure as Commissioner of Works. He promised that the installation would be completed and the Ojota-Opebi Link Bridge would be open for public use within the coming weeks.

😂🔥 They brought this guy in to disgrace him, but in the end, he turned the table and served them a masterclass instead. The hunter became the hunted! 😭👏 Defending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration is becoming easier by the day because the results are visible everywhere. 📈🇳🇬 From the East to the West, North to the South, road infrastructure projects are springing up, being completed, and connecting communities like never before. 🚧🛣️🏗️ President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is delivering on his promises and leaving footprints across the nation. 🇳🇬✅ At this rate, some people will need stronger glasses 👓 because the roads are becoming too visible to ignore! 😂🔥🚜🛣️🇳🇬💪🏽

Did you know that Xenophobia started in Ghana 🇬🇭 and Nigeria🇳🇬? Here is a story about the "Ghana Must Go" Saga: A Tale of Two Expulsions 🇬🇭🇳🇬 In 1969, Ghana made a move that would reshape West African relations forever. Facing economic strain, Prime Minister Kofi Busia issued the Aliens Compliance Order, forcing nearly 2.5 million undocumented migrants, mostly Nigerians 🇳🇬, to leave within 14 days. Fourteen years later, the tables turned. In January 1983, Nigeria was reeling from a sudden oil price crash and high unemployment. President Shehu Shagari ordered over 1 million undocumented immigrants to depart. The majority were Ghanaians 🇬🇭 who had moved to Nigeria during its 1970s "Oil Boom." This era birthed the iconic "Ghana Must Go" slogan. Forced to pack their lives in a matter of days, fleeing Ghanaians used cheap, sturdy, checkered nylon bags to carry their belongings. These bags became a permanent symbol of the crisis and are still known by that name across the continent today.
