I’d be pissed too if someone was so lazy they’d leave their vehicle at the pump at a bust station after they were done getting gas. I can only assume but that’s what seems to be going on.

That’s not a parking spot. Pump gas and go to a parking spot unless the place is empty. Poor form.

Another possible take: he went in to pay, she took the hose out of his tank to fill her car, then he moved after he had already filled his tank since she's going to be impatient, she can pay for it all.
