After an incredible weekend with the wonderful women of Canadian Women's Sex-Based Rights, it was just my luck to see Zac Johnstone at airport security (while wearing my LWS “FEMALE” hoodie). As more luck would have it, he was not only on my flight, but seated across the aisle. I figured I’d make it a three-fer and have a chat at baggage claim.

Some thoughts while training this morning: 1) I actually don’t like getting up to train at 6am. But I do what needs to be done, and with a young family I want to spend time with I’d rather take time away from myself and train while they sleep 2) See your training as a meeting with yourself; this is an idea you might have seen thrown about. I put all my sessions in a calendar - when it’s in black and white it makes it easier to just get it done. Mood always follows action, too Have a good week friends 🫡🌱

My Biceps would have been twice as good if I knew this earlier. A lot of us will do better with the Rope Hammer Curls because we don’t have good control with the dumbbells and we are letting it swing anyway. Rope Pulley is less stressful on the joints and makes the movement much more stable.

Here are my legs. Honestly, I think they're really thin probably because they're long. So, for almost a whole month, I'll be training hard to make my leg volume twice as big and juicier.
