An American hero and probably the first time in my life that I became politically astute, realizing how evil the left is in their single minded focus to try to destroy someones life with lies, and it continues to this day.

Clarence Thomas is the most just justice on the court. Constitutional to the core. If every judge and lawyer had even a modicum of his integrity, our country would be in a helluva lot better shape.

Another "what made you a conservative" moment in my life. That whole thing was awful. Democrats terrọrizing an innocent black man - as they've always done.

I was 17 when he was nominated. We watched much of the process in my history class. I wrote a paper defending him, my teacher gave me an A but did let me know she completely disagreed with my views. Back in the 90s I knew many liberals and we could politely disagree, even in CA.

I vaguely remember most of the hearings on Clarence Thomas, but I do remember how much of an idiot Joe Biden looked during them vividly! FJB!!!

He'll go down as one of the most fare constitutional following supreme court justice we've ever had. He actually reads the federalist papers to make decisions on constitutional law which is how it's supposed to be!

So happy he stayed in, easily the greatest modern Supreme Court justice except for maybe Scalia. We need more justices like Clarence.
