It was the biohazard cleanup crew. They were just setting up when they got a call to stop by Thompson due to Anne filing to put a halt to it. They ended up coming back months later when Anne was satisfied & proceeded to do their job. This is documented. & not out of the norm.

@Ky_At_Heart No-one is wearing anything PPE wise and I was in the building trade for years and Plymouth UK, where I live has lots of old priorities and when renovating them required PPE let alone an active crime scene which it was still FACT
