The heart of the Kuki Radicalisation Programme The Kuki Worship Service Guwahati congregation sang a highly political, violence-inciting and radical Kuki patriotic song at church on May 3, 2026, during the observance of Kuki Separation Day. The video has since gone viral on social media. The song’s central theme focused on Kuki unification and revenge against those perceived as enemies of Kuki. One particular line states, “Do you not feel pained by other people killing us like wild animals,” a message intended to incite violence and emotionally mobilise so-called Kukis against perceived adversaries. Rather than conveying the gospel of Jesus or biblical teachings, the song was filled with emotionally charged slogans promoting violence, ethnic nationalism, militant radicalism, and revenge-driven sentiments. Clearly Kuki churches have for decades been the centre and heart of Kuki radicalisation backed by Kuki militant and civil groups. They openly promote radical Kuki nationalism and supremacist rhetoric, and actively campaign against other Christian communities. For many years, wholly-radicalised Kuki society have annually observed September 13 as “Kuki Black Day” across churches, villages, and various political, social, and religious platforms. Such observances have contributed to the radicalisation of young minds within the Kuki society, drawing successive generations into violent ethnic and political movements directed against other communities. Just like the global jihadist movement, the Kuki radical movement has increasingly assumed an extremist character that justifies, promotes, and glorifies violence in pursuit of ethnic supremacy over other communities, particularly indigenous groups such as the Aimol, Kom, Thadou, Hmar, Mizo, Meitei, and tribes grouped and identified under the Zomi and Naga nomenclatures. Just as the annual observance of Kuki Black Day has sustained Kuki radicalisation since the 1990s through religious, church-based, and socio-political platforms, the annual observance of May 3 as “Kuki Separation Day” is sure to further entrench and advance Kuki extremist violent agendas in the years ahead. This is designed and bound to contribute to future large-scale ethnic violence involving Kuki and intensify recurring conflicts in Manipur and neighbouring regions in advancement of Kuki supremacy. Ibobi, current chief minister Khemchand, a Meitei politician strongly aligned with Kuki political interests, and Alfred Arthur, a Tangkhul Naga leader who serves as a Kuki-backed Member of Parliament from Manipur. The truth about the impact of Kuki appeasement politics has to be told. Kuki influence has long been underestimated because many people accepted narratives portraying Kuki primarily as victims, despite open organised political and militant activity. A 🧵 Wiki editor Kautilya3 seem to have taken a snippet from The Indian Express by Deeptiman Tiwary as the gold standard from which he wrongly concluded that violence started in Kangvai as early as 12:30pm, and hinted #Meiteis were the instigators. The statement from IE was very vague and no other news media caught up. Deeptiman Tiwary must clarify his source and the news itself. Astor (KUKI KA PARIVAR) was right here in saying there was no violence in Kangvai between 12:30pm to 2:30pm. The truth is Manipur Police found two bodies in Kangvai on 4th May. One victim was believed to have been k!lled around 5:00pm on the 3rd while the other on 4th May at around 4:30pm. There is no other evidence of dead bodies being discovered on May 3. Chapter: Kuki VictimCard users at Moreh! Central forces are trying to give proper accommodation and protection to those Kuki women and children who are claiming unsafe when forces are trying to maintain law and order at Moreh. However, these Kuki leaders are forcing them to stay in front of the Indian Army as a part of protest in the name of taking shelter. They deny the other accommodations provided by the Indian Army since 2nd November 2023. They prayed, slept on the floor and made many videos to share it to the world and to use the #VictimCard after the killing of SDPO Ch. Anand in an unprovoked firing by Kuki Militants. Many of my fellow Indians struggle to grasp what happened in Manipur. To put it into perspective, imagine if illegal Bangladeshi immigrants, backed by unscrupulous politicians, laid claim to the sacred Ayodhya or Tirumala hills. How would the public, especially the devotees of Lord Rama and Lord Venkateswara, react? That is precisely what has transpired in Manipur. Koubru and Thangjing are sacred mountains for the Indigenous people of Manipur, particularly the Meiteis. They are revered as Lord Koubru and Lord Thangjing, with Koubru later becoming associated with Lord Shiva after the advent of Hinduism. For centuries, devotees have undertaken pilgrimages to these mountains, which hold deep religious and historical significance. Meiteis believe that human settlement in Manipur originated from Koubru Peak, gradually expanding to the foothills, valleys, and surrounding hill regions. Similarly, Thangjing is sacred to the people of Southern Manipur, cutting across community lines. Despite their importance, successive governments have failed to protect and develop these sites. In 2020, the government under N. Biren Singh took steps to safeguard these historic locations under the Manipur Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act of 1976. A notification issued on November 26, 2020, by the Commissioner of Arts and Culture proposed declaring 2 hectares atop Koubru and 4 hectares atop Thangjing as protected sites. These areas fall under the Kanglatongbi-Koubru Reserve Forest and the Churachandpur-Khoupum Protected Forest, making them government land. However, certain Kuki organizations and militants began claiming Koubru as their ancestral land, while villagers around Thangjing opposed the traditional pilgrimage. This has deeply hurt the sentiments of devotees, particularly the Meiteis. Many Kuki settlements in the Koubru range are of recent origin, and an inquiry by the Forest Department found that several villages around Thangjing Hill were illegally established through fraudulent manipulation of Forest Act and procedures. This aggression by Kuki groups has been ongoing for years, as seen in the 2015 attack on peaceful protestors advocating for the implementation of the Inner Line Permit (ILP) in Manipur at Moreh. The situation escalated dramatically on May 3, 2023, when Kuki militants and their supporters set fire to Meitei homes and properties in Churachandpur, Moreh, and other Kuki-dominated areas. The violence began with the burning of Meitei homes in Torbung, on the border between Churachandpur and Bishnupur districts. Shri Alfred Arthur, MP, is well aware of these facts but still chose to distort them in Parliament by blaming N. Biren Singh. While the Manipur government bears responsibility, particularly as the then-DGP (a Kuki officer) failed to contain the initial violence in Torbung area despite orders from the Chief Minister, the Government of India is also culpable. The Assam Rifles failed to prevent the burning of Meitei homes in Churachandpur, Moreh, and other Kuki-dominated areas, despite clear orders from Union Home Minister Amit Shah. This raises a crucial question: Why did the Manipur DGP ignore the Chief Minister’s orders while the Assam Rifles DG disregarded the Union Home Minister’s directive to protect civilians? This strongly suggests a long-planned and orchestrated attack. Shri Alfred may have his own agenda in advocating for separate budget allocations for the hills and valleys in Parliament. However, he should acknowledge that under N. Biren Singh’s leadership, infrastructure development in Manipur’s hill regions has been unparalleled in the state’s history.

Among the 12 prescribed documents, some are simply not available in Telangana... We suggested to the Election Commission that PAN cards should be included in the list because a person can vote on the basis of a PAN card. Today I met Shri Kuldiep Singh, Security Advisor, Govt of Manipur. The following are the the questions arised and discussion done in his office. The questions and agendas and his answer are: 1. The NIA, in their statement have said that, four Kuki Militant groups are behind the current unrest in Manipur. They are KNA, ZRA, KNF (Nehlun Faction) and UKLF. Out of the 4, two of them are under SoO agreement. The NIA also added that, the Chin Kuki Zo militant groups in Myanmar are funding the militants in Manipur for procuring arms and ammunition which are totally against the agreement. The NIA also added that, they are funding the Manipur based militants to create a separate state of the Chin Kuki Zo people with parts of Manipur, Bangladesh and Burma. In this regard, I urge to you to give details of what steps are talked and what the government is planning to stop this. He replied that, he knows the SoO militants are not following the ground rules. Even at the Khamenlok incident, he said that only 3 cadres are found in their camp. This clearly shows the involvement of the Kuki SoO Militants in the attack. Regarding this I further asked if the SoO agreement can be abrogated or not as they are not following the ground rules. He replied that he has already submitted the factual ground report and it is the decision of the higher authority for abrogation of the SoO agreement with the Kuki SoO Militants and the Indian Government. 2. On 15th August, 2023, many youths were holding and displaying automatic weapons and parading in open ground at Churachandpur District. The Manipur Government had announced for investigation. Please give in details, the progress of the investigation or any recovery of the arms, if made. He replied that the arms were just a replica. But I told him that firing by the Kuki Militants till date is not just a replica and urged to take up necessary actions. 2. In valley areas, recovery of arms and ammunitions are at full swing by holding combing operations and through various check points set up by the Government. Please commence it unbiasedly for confidence to both the hill and valley people alike so that they don’t loose their trust to the Government. He replied that combining operations are being conducted in par in both Hills and the Valley. Arms and ammunitions are being recovered from the Hill areas too. In this regard, I urged him to held press conferences regularly so that the public have knowledge and have full confidence and trust in the functioning of the Government. 3. Please take up necessary steps to stop poppy plantation. It will play a major role to stop the menace of drug, particularly among the youth. I have already met Hon’ble Chief Minister regarding this. He assured to stop it and put an end to it as he has already launched a War on Drug ls campaign. He replied that he will be very happy to destroy all the illegal poppy plantation in Manipur if Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur asks him. 4. Yesterday the relaxed curfew in Moreh town was called off as full curfew was imposed as unknown miscreants tried to bulldoze burnt meitei hoses and shops. Please give details of the steps taken up to prevent it so that the people of Manipur know about it and have faith in the Government that the Government is still here to protect its citizens. He replied that there is strict instruction from the Chief Minister to avoid further loss of the Meitei proprties and he has already sent RAF to prevent it and stringent action will be taken up against the miscreants. 5. Persons related to the brutal killing of Hijam Linthoinganbi and Hemjit has been arrested. The Government has assured to recover their bodies or part of them. Please do the needful to accelerate the process so that their last ritual rights can be completed. He replied that search operations are underway and the dead bodies will be recovered very soon.

Mega seizure of Aadhaar cards from Bidhannagar TMC office in Bengal. Hundreds of cards seized. This is how it works: 1. Illegal Bangladeshi intruder and his family cross the border and are welcomed by TMC politicians. 2. They are taken to Kolkata and told they must vote only for TMC candidates if they want to live in India. 3. The illegal Bangladeshis and their families are given residential papers from the ward. Attestation from a local councillor is all that is required to apply for Aadhaar. 3. After the attestation is done, the Aadhaar application is sent through the local Aadhaar office. 4. After 3 days to 2 weeks, the Aadhaar card arrives. That is used to apply for central and state Govt schemes such as free BPL rations, free home, free medicines, free medical insurance, minority scholarships, free grants for students, childbirth bonus which is the icing on the cake because who can produce unlimited children more than them. 5. Before the TMC, it was the communist CPM that institutionalised this illegal immigration. Millions of Bangladeshis (some estimates put the number at 20 million) were actively brought over to transform constituencies into sure-seats for the CPM - that's how they remained in power for 34 unbroken years. 6. Jyoti Basu was the biggest culprit - under him the CPM Govt drove away genuine Hindu and tribal refugees from Bengal because they didn't want Hindu voters. They only wanted Muslim immigrants. The criminal gerrymandering of Bengal was partly reversed via SIR by Amit Shah and the CEC with great difficulty. 7.
