Those who did celebrate the attack are mercenaries and a small group of highly ideologically charged followers. With this, they want to show their supporters and their terrorist proxy organisations like Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis how strong they are. Israel, together with the Western alliance, is showing a powerful defence, something that is humiliating for the Iranian regime. Still, the regime brags about it.
