The train was was of course late, and everyone was annoyed. But the train chief ran to a store and spent his own money to keep the train clean. Respect to the guy, but the German railway is totally mismanaged. The core problem was that the trains were not properly prepared before the trip and the toilet paper was not refilled. This failure was dumped on the employees, who then ran to the store to avoid a poop storm.
