#PLAVE #플레이브 noah and his mom tricked his brother and his dad into thinking that they're eating cow ribs when its actually pork lol ( VERY LONG) 💜 my dad and my younger brother arrived a bit later. I went in first with my mom.. as we were looking at the meat, there was some fresh unseasoned pork ribs.. 💜 personally I never tried that you know so.. so it was quite fascinating to see 💜 we wanted to try that so we ordered two of those.. 💜 but suddenly my brother said, "oh? isn't that a beef something something.." he must've thought they were beef.. 💜 but beside me my mom was like, 👩 "is this beef?" 💜 and at that moment, I turned my head, activated the "Nam Yejun's Red Eye" mode in me and winked at my mom (signaling) and i said 💜 "this is beef! we ordered fresh cow ribs!" and as she saw me winking at her, she went 👩 "ahh i see~ that's right, pigs doesn't have fresh ribs~" ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 💜 but then my brother was like " I think we should eat this now". we'll, with cow ribs its okay to eat it rare, but since it's actually pork ribs we have to cook it throughly! 💜 I thought, we have to keep fooling him we shouldn't let him know.. ghe meat is still raw but he wanted to eat.. what should i do..? I kept thinking of different ways to keep.this going! 💜 so j just made things up saying that with this type of meat we need to cook it longer! 💜 after feeling like its cooked enough we finally eat those.. but lol there are some parts with fat in it.. and when my dad and brother ate that they were like 👨" it's a bit tough tho..?" 💜 so i told them that beef has so much protein in them so the meat could be tough.. both of my dad had the fatty part and I told my brother to dip his meat into salt they were like 👨👦 "yah this is so good!! the beef is so good!!" 💜 me my mother were laughing inside lol because no one can tell.that its pork! but surely if you don't know, even pork can be beef! but I felt a bit guilty so I added "pork ribs" in middle and asked them how doesn't ut feel eating cow and pork ribs? they said its so good faht tehy can taste both lol 💜 I kept laughing myself but when I was about to pay, as cow ribs ofc is more expensive i lied to them saying that its 50000-60000 won oer serving. but the bill came out cheaper lol so my dad was like, "Why is it so cheap!?" lol so i was like " right~ how does it feel eating pork deliciously as if it was beef??" lol they were laughing so my dad and my brother were like, 👦 " i knew it wasn't beef from.the start but dad you keep saying the beef is delicious and let yourself fall for it i got fooled too~" 👨 "Ya, you too! You kept saying the beef is delicious when isn't clearly doesn't taste like a beef . i got fooled because of you too!" 💜 like saw them and i thought they really look alike lol

Less Than 1% Of Beef Sold In The US Is Truly Grass Fed, Defined As The Cow Is Only Fed Grass Its Entire Life. The USDA Dropped This Requirement In 2016 & Changed The Definition. Cows Are Fed Toxic Feed & Chemicals For Their Final 6 Months & Still Legally Labeled As 'Grass Fed.' USDA, under president Obama's instruction, revoked the grass fed label strict standard: In 2016, the USDA rescinded its official definition for "grass-fed" beef, leaving it up to individual producers to define the term however they see fit. Previously, the USDA defined grass-fed as beef from ruminants (like cows) that derived 99% or more of their diet from grass & forage after weaning in order to qualify as grass fed for store labeling. Now, producers can set their own standards. To qualify for grass fed labeling now, the producer can legally label any ruminant meat that ate grass until the last 6 months before processing. That last 6 months can devastate not only the nutritional value of the beef, but also exposes the consumer to chemicals & toxins from contaminants in feed & injections. Cows are fed grains to quickly fatten them up, but these aren’t “healthy” grains like many people assume. Cows in feedlots are fed DDGS (dried distillers grain with solubles), a cheap waste product of GMO, inedible dent corn used for making ethanol. This is incredibly profitable because it causes the cows to gain weight quickly for very little cost. Fiber, limestone & synthetic vitamins & minerals are added to this corn byproduct. Monensin, an antibiotic, is also added. Antibiotics are regularly used in feedlots in the U.S. to quickly increase weight gain in animals. Beta-agonists are also used to enhance muscle growth. Some studies have shown that the use of this medication in animals can cause anxiety in the humans who consume them. The potential harms to human health from consuming dried distillers' grains with solubles (DDGS) are primarily associated with the risk of mycotoxin contamination. 1⃣ Mycotoxins are poisonous compounds produced by fungi that can contaminate the grains used to produce ethanol & subsequently, DDGS. 2⃣ The fermentation & distillation processes involved in ethanol production concentrates mycotoxins in the DDGS, making them a greater threat than in the original grain. 3⃣ Common mycotoxins found in DDGS include aflatoxin, fumonisins, zearalenone, ochratoxin & deoxynivalenol (DON). 4⃣ These mycotoxins can cause various adverse health effects in both animals & humans when ingested. 5⃣ Examples of such effects include vomiting, feed refusal & in some severe cases, even death, particularly from trichothecenes like DON. Ways To Assure The Most Nutrient Dense Beef For You & Your Family: For truly grass fed beef, look for 100% grass fed & grass finished, talk to your local grocer to verify that what is sold is 100% grass fed. Support small local farmers for the healthiest meat, as they will be transparent about their beef being grass fed 100% up to the point of processing. Do your due diligence when researching & ordering grass fed meat online to ship to your home to help put an end to the grass-fed scam! There are many great online farmers & ranchers who are 100% transparent & provide a genuine grass fed & grass finished beef product. Let me know in the comments if you need referrals on how to find local beef or for beef, pork & poultry that can be shipped to your door, as I have several that I trust. 👇Mycotoxins In Corn Distillers Dried Grain Feed👇 👇Mycotoxin Contaminated Corn Fed To Cows👇 👇DDGS Dangerous Source Of Mycotoxins👇 Speaker: Dr Eric Berg

CUTE TOGETHER WITH EMIBONNIE #CUTEPRESSXEMIBONNIE 🎤: Let's talk abt the characters that you played in #USTheSeries, Pam and Dokrak. If you could go back in time, what would you want to tell the characters? 🐰: It was wonderful to meet you. 🦊: It was wonderful to meet you? 🐰: It was wonderful to meet you, bc there was a period of time when Dokrak really influenced me. 🦊: How so? 🐰: She made me think more positively. 🦊: Ahh. 🐰: Dokrak is... she goes by her logic but she also goes by her feelings. She walks the middle path, but she also looks at the world more positively than I do. She's a well-balanced person. 🦊: She's bright and cheerful. 🐰: She's bright and cheerful. 🎤: Would you say that she's like you, Bonnie? 🐰: Her cheerfulness, yes, but in some things I might not be as optimistic as Dokrak. 🎤: She was just very cheerful? 🦊: She was really positive. 🐰: She was really positive for everything, like over 100% confidence, super amazing girl. I might not be as confident or be as unafraid as her to express myself. But she helped me be more cheerful and dare to express myself. 🎤: What abt P'Pam? 🦊: During that time, I was depressed, I was just depressed. I don't really want to think back to that time. 🎤: Your character wasn't very happy. 🦊: With the character and other things too. 🐰: The character had a lot of layers, so it was stressful. 🦊: She had a lot in her background. 🎤: The character was complicated, right? 🦊: Yeah, she was sad all the time. Sometimes, I don't really want to think abt that time. 🎤: I thought it was love scenes all the time. 🦊: Oh! If it was love scenes, then those were good times for me. 🐰: Strange. 🦊: Bc those were the times I could be cheerful. When it was things abt my family or things like that, it was stressful, but for the love scenes I could just let go. 🐰: But 'Us' had a lot of drama. I cried in every scene– I mean, queue. 🦊: There was a lot of drama.

🆑 That day we were at the airport eating noodles. There was this place selling beef noodles. I said, “You’re seriously only giving me one piece of beef?” So she went, “You want beef?”, then immediately grabbed the biggest chunk and stuffed it into her own mouth. Then she started aggressively chewing. After chewing, she told me it got stuck in her teeth. I said, “How big could something stuck in your teeth even be?” Turns out it was stuck in some unreachable corner, couldn’t get it out at all. She tried using floss, still couldn’t get it out. On the plane she kept picking at that beef for hours, just picking and picking, couldn’t get it out. When we got back, she brushed her teeth, still didn’t come out. 🚢 It did come out 🆑 No it didn’t— 🚢 No— 🆑 The next day somehow it was gone. 🚢 Yeah, and you kept staring into my mouth on the plane but couldn’t see anything. 🆑 Right, I even tried helping her. 🚢 Yeah HAHAHAHA 🆑 We were on the plane doing this the whole time, people probably wondering what on earth was going on, because we just kept dealing with it nonstop. And the whole reason was that one bite of beef noodle beef, I asked for a piece, she quickly grabbed that huge chunk and shoved it into her mouth, and that beef got stuck in her teeth for a whole day and night. Then somehow during the daytime the next day, it just disappeared. what is happening omg 😭 #WangChuran #王楚然

Some thoughts on the MoMA The Museum of Modern Art acquisition 🍎 Thank you to Paola Antonelli for being the best curator I could have worked with, someone with seemingly infinite curiosity and energy. Thank you to Reinier Feijen for always coding whatever I come up with, especially when I'm not sure what I want. Thank you to Neil Hutchinson 137 & Fellowship for supporting the acquisition. Thank you to Erick / Snowfro / 🦩 / LAO / #️⃣ / 🔴 for building a space for artists & infinite encouragement & enthusiasm. Thank you to Refik Anadol for having the guts & vision no other digital artist had before. This exhibition & acquisition are very special to me. Not just because MoMA is a Big Name, it's more than that... My works have always been in response to art history, to painterly ideas. I chose to explore those ideas in a new medium. This new medium has its own characteristics and formal possibilities, but it's in dialog with the past. Art is many things. I am interested in the intensification of perception. The opposite of distraction and noise. Museums exist to separate art from chaos. Starting out on the internet, I was perhaps always a bit pretentious, but I knew this work was not just "some shit I made", it's art, it has ambitions beyond the feed. A museum collection, and especially MoMA's, could be seen as a feed, as a timeline, but one that is very long term and deliberate. Museums will change, distributions will change, technology will change, but there is something in art that always finds it way into the new. Very grateful for this to happen and very grateful to be able to continue making my work every day. thank you! RR further reading: 👉
