PMs: AI is coming for your job! …but not in the way you think.... I recently posted a demo of Operator using to run an entire PM workflow in just 5 mins—all while I was in the shower. Here’s what it did: 1️⃣ Analyzed feedback from thousands of Slack users to surface prioritized feature requests and complaints. 2️⃣ Added insights to the roadmap. 3️⃣ Wrote a PRD about Slack Notifications. 4️⃣ Created a user story with acceptance criteria and assigned it to an engineer in Linear. The reactions were fascinating... 🔹 Thousands of PMs bookmarked the post—determined to figure out how to do this themselves (or, let’s be real, to avoid getting replaced by AI). 🔹 Some yelled that this isn’t what PMs do—claiming AI analysis of user feedback is just “crowdsourcing what to build/fix next.” 🔹 But many more were excited about what they could achieve when AI handles the busywork—PRDs, user stories, and all—so they can focus on high-impact strategy and product craft. Out of all the things we've shipped recently, this one is my favorite. Instant feedback from any type of user... → Create a persona that matches your real users and buyers. → An AI agent takes on that persona. → Point it at any url or prototype. → Get feedback in minutes. This is what the Reforge team built and launched today with Synthetic Users. It's way more than bug reports, but actual strategic product feedback. → A First Timer notices your onboarding language is confusing → A Skeptical Buyer questions whether your pricing page builds enough trust → A Power User finds friction in your core workflow that your team stopped noticing months ago Every finding links to a session replay so you can see exactly where things broke down. introducing kenkyu kenkyu is an autonomous research agent that I made a while back. it is designed to transform a single user query into a comprehensive, structured report. how it works : - it takes user input as query - plans the next course of action - researches about the plan created using tavily - synthesis the collected information into a detailed final response it functions by orchestrating a multi agent workflow that mimics the steps of a human researcher , but at a much higher speed and scale. this is the v0 prototype, currently open source as of now and i have a lot of things planned that i want to add it in the future.
