HB4456 will lower energy costs for ppl who claim to be low-income, what you’re not told is who will make up the difference of the cost. For thirty years the people of this country have been repeatedly told that experts are the answer to any problem. Need to build more housing? Need to invest in infrastructure? Need to manage the currency? Don’t worry! An expert committee will be formed! And yet the record of governance by experts in that time is appalling. If there is a clear date, it will mean that Russia will not be able to block our accession in any way. You see how different things get blocked, and how difficult it is for a united Europe to implement even decisions that have already been made.
