If checked, Nigerian Security agencies have committed more atrocities than terrorist organizations in Nigeria.

But Nigeria's security agencies are state sponsored criminal organisations given the way they operate is what I think.

@FBlyly This is a complete breakdown in the rule of law. So sad to see that a law enforcement officer cocked his gun which of course caused panic in the mind of the oppressed person. This is not okay.

Ask @BenHundeyin and he will tell you eye-witnesses told him the man was running aimlessly and the police rushed there to see if he was still breathing when he was knocked down by the SUV, the officer was even on the next street eating akamu when he heard the noise.
