Yep, as a longhorns fan I’m pretty much of the understanding that we’re going to have to deal with Lanning for all of the championship caliber recruits & transfers. I had been saying for months now that I anticipate Texas & Georgia to take the place that Georgia & bama had occupied as the premier programs in America. I’d be totally remised to not include Oregon in that now.

I believe Dan Lanning could quite well do it, but I’d be more concerned about whether he can retain the talent. This is Eugene, Oregon we’re talking about. Most recruits have no earthly idea what they’re walking into. #IYKYK
