Elon Musk shouldn’t have to spend his own personal fortune to protect people from evil polices enacted by our government? He is absolutely right to draw attention to this cruel policy. But he shouldn’t have to pay to fix it himself? Do you also want him to repair pot holes?

Why should he? The lands are already owned by people who loved and tended it for generations... It's the government that trying to destroy that link, which is what Elon is talking about. But you know that.
