they got due process. a judge ordered them deported due process does not equal a jury trial, or any sort of trial. it just means the legal system processed legitimately (which it has)

The only due process an illegal alien is due is to challenge whether they are a citizen or legal resident or not. And that’s only to protect legal citizens and resident from being deported. As soon as it is confirmed they are illegal, they should be deported ASAP.

This is stupid. It means if you are a guest of this country, and you commit a crime, you will be afforded due process. The moment you come here illegally, the process is a removal order and deportation. Idiot.

They should really read the argument of the time about the meaning of “persons” and how having any other allegiance automatically makes you ineligible.
