Perry, Sanchez, King, Amanda Nguyen, Aisha Bowe, & Kerianne Flynn will be in space for 11 minutes. Perry says they're putting the "a$$" in astronaut. "Space is going to finally be glam. If I could take glam up with me, I would do that. We are going to put the 'a$$' in astronaut," she said during an interview. The launch is set to start at 9;30 am on Monday in West Texas.

NEW: Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy calls out the all-female Blue Origin spaceflight, says they do not meet the criteria to be an "astronaut." Duffy says the women are "brave and glam," but they do not meet FAA astronaut criteria. "Crewmembers who travel into space must have 'demonstrated activities during flight that were essential to public safety, or contributed to human space flight safety,'" he said on X. "The crew who flew to space this week on an automated flight by Blue Origin were brave and glam, but you cannot identify as an astronaut." "They do not meet the FAA astronaut criteria." The comment comes after Gayle King compared herself to astronaut Alan Shepard, who walked on the moon. Gayle is not going to be happy about this one.
