Wow: Dan Orlovsky believes the Raiders would draft Texas QB Arch Manning No. 1 overall if he declared for this year’s NFL Draft. “Not even close. He’d be the runaway No. 1 pick. The pick would already be made. Arch Manning is kind of like the throwback 1970 quarterback with modern-day training and nutrition. I’m a huge fan of this guy. He’s physically remarkably gifted.
