Much as I hate the sound of your voice, I listened to the whole thing. And in the end, this was why you never received a majority after. You stated that you couldn't let down the House. Your responsibility on that specific promise wasn't to the house. It was to the Canadians that voted you in the first time because of it. It's why you won a majority the first time and didn't thereafter. It was your most important campaign promise in 2015, and you failed at fulfilling it to the people you promised it to.
