If I have to do a startup accelerator today, I will select more failed or struggling founders to be the mentors. This is why Village Capital does so well because founders mentor each other. This is the best message I have heard from an African preacher.

This teaching reminded me of Richard Templers ''rule of life'' and Fr CP Varkey's '' Be human, Be Holy''... books that i was lucky to come across as young gal at my moment of great pain. These books both shaped up my life till today.

Wow. This resonates so well with me. I failed so many times especially with agriculture but have so much insight from it. This is beautifully crafted.

Your failure is still an asset, don't trash it, it will be useful for some people.

This is what I had in mind from day 1 when I decided to create a community for founders via @founderscabal. I’ve seen alot of founders leap significantly from 0 to 1 just leveraging the experiences (good, bad and ugly) from other founders in the community Also we don’t allow multiple stupid mistakes as there’s always someone who’s made a similar mistake and learnt from it. The community is not run by myself or the admins but by the founders themselves
