Scammers exist everywhere and they are. Reason I am not as charitable to strangers as I was used to be. I remember there used to be this woman who held a sign by the freeway and every time I went by it said that she was pregnant and every bit helps. I once gave her money because I felt bad for her. But she’s been there for the last 5 years, if true then she’s been perpetually pregnant for 5 years. I have a feeling it’s not true because why would anybody keep having kids if they were homeless?
