It is a shame and an embarrassment that Rwanda is represented in America by a woman who has no shame about lying in public like Mathilde Mukantabana 1️⃣Linking the sanctions that America imposed on the Rwanda Ministry of Defence to the genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda is so disgusting. Stop using the families of innocent victims in the atrocities you commit. We all know that those sanctions stem from Kagame using the #RDF to steal mineral resources through the wars he constantly sparks in the eastern Congo by invading their border. 2️⃣Saying that Rwanda is blamed for #M23's killings and playing the victim by claiming you are being treated unfairly contradicts the document you wrote yourself, which states that Rwanda collaborates with, works with, and supports #M23. 3️⃣Saying that there are Americans who are your friends supporting you and that you are discussing lifting the sanctions is nonsense. She is a close friend of First Lady of Rwanda and the founder of Noble Family Church and Women Foundation Ministries. Even though many churches were closed down in Rwanda, no one touched hers. Her son was studying in America but later returned to Rwanda. He has everything: a nice car, eats well, and no one asks him for house rent. Yet, he says,👉 "Even though there is no happiness or joy in Rwanda, the moment I entered the church, I felt it was there, and I found peace." Paul Kagame knows very well that he has denied us freedom of expression. People go to church for it to act as a form of therapy so they can find peace, but he does not want that either. If you leave Rwanda, you must pass through Kamanyola, Sange, Uvira, Baraka, Fizi, Lusuku, and then reach Minembwe. All these areas are controlled by the FARDC, the FDNB, the FDLR, and the Wazalendo. In a revealing and almost unguarded speech, Rwandan President Paul Kagame has essentially admitted what Kinshasa and the international community have long accused him of: holding Goma and eastern Congo hostage to force political concessions from the DRC. During the press Conference today in Kigali, Nov 27 Kagame, speaking in reference to Goma, said: “If I were the one controlling Goma… and you come and say, ‘I want to use Goma,’ I say fine, but these are conditions. Goma is part of my problems with the government, and now it is in my hands. I will not give it to you until you show me how you address my problems.” While Kagame frames this as a hypothetical, the choice of words, “it is in my hands,” strips away the fiction. This is no longer about M23 rebels acting independently. This is Kagame speaking as the occupier. He goes further: “You want Goma, Kavumu, Bukavu, or even the whole of eastern Congo back? Fine. But you must address my problems first.” This is not diplomacy, it’s blackmail through armed occupation. It confirms what Congo has said for years: Kagame uses M23 and direct Rwandan troop deployments to control Congolese territory, not for security, but as leverage to extract political and economic concessions. What this proves: Kagame is admitting territorial control of Goma, a city that has been under de facto M23 occupation since early 2025. He links the return of Congolese territory to Rwanda’s grievances, meaning he considers eastern Congo a bargaining chip. He uses personal pronouns ("my hands", "I will not give it"), revealing direct ownership of the occupation.
