Starmer is a member or was of The Trilateral Commission which was set up to advance the interests of capitalists, oligarchs, private equity and international finance. No way is he or a bought LP going to do anything serious about inequality. We need a new party for that.

Agree but don’t think the current Labour Party are centre left, they are centre right and if they don’t change direction they will never be trusted in Government again.

No. The decline in living standards in these centre-left countries is precisely because their governments are centre-left! Forcing equality has proven disastrous; history shows that it has never succeeded and never will; especially in societies that are materially less homogeneous than they were 50 years ago.

Would stopping mass migration into the UK, both legal and illegal ease inequality? I imagine with a lack of housing and more and more people coming in, house prices are going to rocket?
