If manifestation is really this simple, why do so many people struggle with it? Maybe the uncomfortable answer is that we’re addicted to control. Continue in comment...👇

We’ve been taught that more effort means more results, that struggle proves we deserve something, and that constantly checking for progress means we’re serious. So when a spiritual practice tells you to slow down, become coherent, and release your grip on the outcome.

the mind doesn’t know what to do with that. It starts checking. You visualize abundance, then refresh your bank account. You want love, then obsess over every text. You say you trust the process, then panic when nothing changes by Friday.

Manifestation teachings describe this as the “control trap”—wanting one thing while your behavior constantly rehearses fear of not getting it.

The quantum language says the field responds to your energy rather than your words, but that part should be understood as spiritual metaphor, not established quantum physics.

There is, however, a very human truth underneath it: when you’re constantly monitoring, worrying, and searching for proof, your nervous system stays on alert. You become focused on what’s missing instead of what’s possible.

So maybe letting go isn’t about becoming passive or pretending everything is perfect. Maybe it means doing what you can, then refusing to spend your entire life checking whether it worked.

Sometimes the hardest part of creating change is learning to stop chasing evidence that you’re already moving forward.

Because you are addicted to Desires....drop it

Control isn’t the problem. Identity is. People don’t fail manifestation because they “try too hard.” They fail because the version of them that wants the new life still needs the old pain to feel real. Surrender isn’t letting go of the outcome. It’s letting go of who you were without it.

I believe in what people today call “manifestation,” but I understand it through the Qur’an — not as the universe independently giving us what we want, but as Allah being the Source of everything. First, Allah tells us that He has subjected creation for us: “He has subjected for you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth — all from Him.” (Qur’an 45:13) And this giving is not presented as something restricted to one group: “To each We extend — to these and to those — from the gift of your Lord. And the gift of your Lord is never restricted.” (Qur’an 17:20) Allah also says: “And He gave you from all that you asked of Him.” (Qur’an 14:34) What I find especially beautiful is the pattern in Surah Al-Isra. Allah speaks about waking during the night and turning to Him: “And during the night, rise with it… so that your Lord may raise you to a praised station.” (Qur’an 17:79) Then immediately: “And say: My Lord, cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit, and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority.” (Qur’an 17:80) And later in the same Surah: “Call upon Allah or call upon the Most Merciful. Whichever you call upon, to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names.” (Qur’an 17:110) And finally, there is trust: “Whoever puts their trust in Allah, He is sufficient for them.” (Qur’an 65:3) So when I speak about manifestation, I am not saying that “the universe” is a god or an independent force that grants wishes. I mean something much simpler: Allah created the universe and subjected it; His worldly giving is not restricted to one group; He teaches us to turn to Him, ask, pray, call upon Him by His Beautiful Names, and then trust Him. I ask. I set my intention. I take the steps available to me. And I trust Allah with what comes. The universe is not the Source. Allah is.

It’s not the fetish I see all the time men who like feet thinking that their biggest issue is the fetish itself. 👇 But from everything I keep hearing, that is not the deepest problem. Most likely it is the loop they built around it. We’re talking here about a loop of shame. Of secrecy. Of emotional dependence and private relief followed by feeling even worse afterward. That is why this can start affecting much more than your sex life. It leaks into your confidence, your self-respect, your motivation, your social ease, and the way you feel about yourself when nobody is watching. This is why so many people are not really asking, “How do I stop being so horny, or so obsessed with feet?” What they are really asking is, “Why does this keep pulling me back even when I want something better for myself?” See, that is a much better question that leads to a much deeper answer. The full video is on YouTube: “Your Fetish Isn’t the Real Problem. The Shame Loop Is.” And comment “TRUTH” if this hit something real in you.
