And what is even more disturbing is that an elder is standing there filming instead of stopping it. This dog is being pushed, stressed, and provoked continuously. Any animal in this situation will react out of fear or pain. And when that happens, who will be blamed? The dog. It will be labelled aggressive and may even be killed.
