from han noah to plli 💜 when plli are clashing, it somehow reached out ears & we get really sad when we heard that. plli, i know you could be hurt by that so i'm talking about it. I hope we can be positive, let's share beautiful love & be happy together. something like “who does this person think talking like that?” and turned into fight, i really don't want the atmosphere between PLLI turn bad especially after talking about it like this today, if things turn worse then i think i can't talk about something like this honestly anymore, I'll probably choose to keep quiet about it, so PLLI, i'm begging you that it wouldn't be like that. i want our plli to only see good things, hear good things, to be loved & be happy. in this society, where life is so hard & tough, I hope you can find some happiness and comfort through us. i hope by liking us, PLLI can get closer to each other & making connection, and getting close to new people, that's what i really hope. i really hope you wouldn't fight, breaking, collapsing, disconnecting the bond, and tearing each other's down. i'm begging you. the reason why I'm talking about it is to give you better love, didn't we promise to be together forever? i want the good memories to last forever that's why i need to talk about this so those who misunderstood will have their misunderstandings cleared up and I'll feel sense of relief when it's cleared up. if we can hold onto each other, support each other and run towards the good place. so i really wish PLLI are happy. because the reason of my life is plli and seeing plli happy makes me happy too. that's why i'm working hard & keep running. if the reason of my life don't feel happy then it's hard on me too, i just wish that the reason of my life is happy. I wish there's only happiness for you.

Merry Christmas Eve, dwellers. 🎄🐲 I have a request from a friend that may apply to many people out there, but here are my thoughts… (I apologize for the lengthy response, but this topic is something I also care deeply about) You are doing better than you think. When you feel anxious, it becomes easy to downsize your own efforts. When you look at what you made, you focus only on what could be better. You compare it to an ideal that no one else is holding you to. With that mentality, you forget how much care, time, and effort you already put in. If you keep telling yourself that you are not good at anything, pause for a moment and understand this: that thought isn't true. Anxiety and low self-esteem change how you interpret your own work. Your mind learns to look for flaws and dismiss everything that went right. So even when you make something solid or meaningful, it feels small to you. That does not mean it is small. It means your perception is narrowed by fear and pressure. Perfectionism often hides behind self-criticism. If something is not flawless, your mind labels it as worthless. But that standard is impossible and unfair. Growth does not happen at the finish line. It happens in the unfinished, imperfect attempts you keep doing. The work you are making is not insignificant. It shows growth and someone who is learning while still trying. That matters far more than perfection ever will. You do not need to see your full potential right now. You do not need to prove your worth by being exceptional or reach some invisible standard to justify your effort. You just need to keep doing it and allow your work to exist as it is. Others can see the value even when you cannot. If you cannot see your potential right now, that is okay. You are not broken. You are not lazy. You are not wasting anything. These patterns were learned over time, and they can be unlearned with patience and support. You are not behind, and you are not failing.

MIND BLOWN 💥 🤯 “You wanna know what I just realized about all the legislation that's being passed. Literally, all of it is to stop a revolution” - “We got the 702 bill, which allows them to go through our text messages and make sure we're not colluding with foreign adversaries, but they're also looking for words like revolution - We have the Bill (S.3589 - Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act of 2024) that stops us if there's more than a million people talking about one topic or assembling. It's illegal, which isn't even the right term because they're passing statutes and regulations. They're not passing laws. - Banning TikTok because TikTok is our only access to uncensored information. We get to see people on the f*cking ground where the shit is happening, telling us what's actually happening. So the story that they spinning doesn't work anymore. Nobody's going to the news outlets. Nobody's looking at the newspaper because we all see that it's propaganda now. Do you know what that tells me? That either we're about to find out something that they have been doing that directly affects us, which is literally every f*cking thing that they've been doing. Or they're about to do something so drastic that it's gonna cause for us to uprise. Now it could have something to do with that guy burning himself alive in front of the Trump, um, trial in New York. He was basically saying they're running a Ponzi scheme allegedly using Bitcoin. So you're putting your money into Bitcoin. They're going on the back end and taking your money out. So eventually, Bitcoin, cryptocurrency is gonna crash because there's no money in it. Now that doesn't surprise me because they are doing the same thing with our retirement plans, with our 401ks, and the trust funds that half of us don't know that we got. - They're worried about a million of us standing up. What could they possibly be doing? Drop your thoughts in the comments.”

Paul Schrader talks about the racism in "Taxi Driver" (1976, Scorsese): "Interviewer: In 'Taxi Driver' (1976), was the Harvey Keitel character originally black or white? Schrader: Well, you’ve gone right to the heart of the matter. The film is riddled with racism, and Travis, the main character, is a racist not by conviction but by fear. He is everything by fear. He has very few convictions about anything except immorality, but when you feel the pressure coming down, when you feel the world shrinking, one naturally looks for enemies, and what better enemies are there than people who are not like you? Travis’ enemies are people who are at ease. He hates people who are comfortable. He himself is extremely uncomfortable. He’s not at ease anywhere, so he hates. Travis admires the politician but also hates him because the politician is at ease, especially in the world of women. This is where Travis’ feelings about blacks emerge. He sees the blacks out there almost as animals. He sees them out there having fun, out there jiving with women. He sees them dancing and relaxed. He’s so uptight himself and so constipated and attenuated that for him the blacks begin to be some kind of a focus for the thing he can’t have, that relaxation he lacks. So the racism starts to run through the film. It starts to rear its head very overtly. You see him looking at these people and you know it’s not a matter of conviction, because he doesn’t have any real beliefs or strong theories about blacks. It’s just that he has this thing about people who are at ease. The logical conclusion of the film would have been that all the people he ki!!ed were black. It was in my mind when I wrote the script that he ki!!ed only black people, but that was just too much. Marty and I were just too terrified of it. I mean, the film explores the borders of bad taste as it is, and there is just so far you can go in the commercial cinema before people get up and throw stones at you. I think that if we had followed his racism to the natural conclusion, which is him ki!!ing three black guys, the audience would have just said, “Holy f**k, that’s just too much.” So we made them white, which is a thin cover. Somebody asked Pauline Kael if the film was racist, and she said, “No, it’s not racist, because he doesn’t ki!! black guys at the end.” She missed the point completely. His actions are racist, and the only reason he doesn’t ki!! black guys at the end is that we didn’t want anybody st@bbed in the theaters. That’s my opinion. Marty may dress it up and put it in a different language, but the racism of the film really is quite clear. I think it’s possible to distinguish between the racism of the main character and the racism of the filmmakers. I mean, Marty and I and De Niro are racists to the extent that all people are racists. I think it’s part of the job of a writer or anybody worth his salt to explore his closets. We’re all in the dirty-laundry business. An artist gets to a certain point where he says, “I’m not afraid to explore my Jewishness,” “I’m not afraid to explore my homicidal tendencies,” “I’m not afraid to explore my s**ual deviations,” “I’m not afraid to explore my racism." I mean, the whole f***!ng film takes place in his head. New York consists of a lot more than Forty-second Street and Broadway. All you see of New York is his very peculiar vision of it, and he has a very sordid view of things. You only see blacks through his eyes, and the only exception is the black he works with, who he borrows money from. You are given no alternative view of reality. One of the rare things about Taxi Driver is that this character, Travis Bickle, has been in a lot of movies, but you’ve always been given another perspective on him. In 'In Cold Blood' (1967) you see him through John Forsythe’s eyes. In 'Psycho' (1960) you see him through Martin Balsam’s eyes. In 'White Heat' (1949) you see him through Edmond O’Brien’s eyes. But this is as though you see White Heat solely through Cagney’s eyes, which makes for something very different, because Cagney is very mentally disturbed in that film. You have the same situation here. You’re getting Travis’ perceptions of the world, which are very distorted and unrealistic." (Paul Schrader's interview with AFI, 1976)

In case you're wondering how the train debate started 🤣 🐯 What's been on hyung's mind lately? Share it and we'll find a solution for it 🐨 Do you know the trolley dilemma? 🐯 Trolley? 🐨 It's like, I'm on a train, the one driving it- 🐹 Ah who you'll run over? 🐨 Exactly, there's different kinds of people and it's like between someone really close to you, a friend/acquaintance you love, and 5 strangers. You've got to run over someone, or like choose which way you're gonna go 🐥 There's a lot going on about it 🐨 There's no fixed answer to this, but it just reveals what your thoughts are as you debate on this 🐯 So, one thing I wanna ask is... let's say I did pick one out of the two.. what happens to me? Do I go to prison? I do, right? 🐥 The thing is, this kinda answer could imply that this is your personality/how you think 🐨 That's right 🐯 It'd be an easier choice for me if they say I'm not going to prison, right? 🐨 Alright let's say that you won't go then 🐯 No matter what I choose? 🐨 How do I say this.. umm, when you make a choice, it's counted as justifiable defense rather than self-defense. The train is malfunctioning and you found out through the black box 🐯 And which direction do I swerve the handle to? 🐨 Precisely, the fact that you couldn't help but swerve it into some direction would be taken into consideration later 🐯 Ah then I'd just go towards the 5 people I saw first 🐨 And then you go to the court later and s- 🐯 I THOUGHT YOU SAID IT WAS FINE?? 🐥 🤣 🐥 No no, usually back in the days people used to accuse someone like "Oh, so you're someone who's okay with 5 people dying?" 🐨 Like, your fans could be among those 5 people 🐹 Right 🐯 No, but.. 🐨 There could be elderly people or children 🐯 But what you can't help about it is that... it only takes a few seconds 🐨 And you have to make a quick decision in those few seconds 🐯 At times like that, if I see my friend and someone I don't recognize, then I'd just obviously (run over the stranger)... 🐨 How close do you have to be? What's like the minimum threshold 🐹 Let's go with Jimin then 🐯 For example, me and Jimin 🐨 If it's Jimin, the answer is easy 🐯 Members, family, or friends 🐨 So, as long as they're among the 10 of your closest friends? 🐯 Yes

Kabushenga’s Thoughts Here Is A Cause For You I disappointed my friend Jacqueline Asiimwe. You see, Jackie has this great concept which really works well & especially for her. She does this walk where she calls up a person she would like to have a conversation with & off they go. For a start, it is good exercise. Walking always is. Secondly, it is a really really cheap date. Almost laughably so. You who comes along never has to cost her anything. The road is free and no need to eat or drink. Yet you keep her perhaps the most productive company of any date that anyone can wish for. When you are done you go home. But I digress. This is not about hooking up. It is about conversation & learning. So back to the disappointment. Jackie expected to talk about the change that my life has gone through since my previous work. Deep down, without saying it, she expected I would break out into a run rather than walk. None of that happened. In fact I stuck to walking. Only at a faster pace. She had to slow me down to catch her breath. But I couldn’t help myself. Rather than miss out on running, I spent most of our walking time on the road, talking about running. I said nothing about the new direction my life had taken. She didn’t forgive me. But my run talk was about an issue dear to Jackie’s heart. I decided to tell her why on Sunday October 4th we are going to run to #SaveAMother. The week before I visited Mengo Hospital Blood Bank. It was a sobering experience. The Independence Marathon is partly a fundraising drive to benefit them because they serve the underprivileged particularly mothers in child birth. Of the 187 Ugandan mothers that die every year during child birth, most of them bleed to death. Uganda suffers an annual blood shortfall of 100,000 units. So Mengo Hospital Blood Bank a major source, is in desperate need of blood and money to collect it. They also need a cold room to handle the raw blood. Right now it is kept in a few ordinary fridges. And let me add that the shortage of O-Minus blood is particularly acute. This was my conversation with Jackie. By the time she remembered why she had wanted us to go on this walk together, we were done. I laughed at her! And she was sold in signing up for the cause. Please join her #WalkToConnect bus that day if running is too much for you. See you then PS: Got to donate blood myself & meet two old friends NAVIO #EastLORD & Flavia

Trigger warning ⚠️ Listen with an open mind 🙏 Sometimes speaking about taboo subjects on the internet, with the intention to destigmatize them and dismantle stereotypes, feels like walking with stilettos in the middle of ruins. But even if my feet are shaking, I am mindful of each step and walk with conviction and confidence, because I know that what I share is of service to those ready to hear me. So many people ask 'why do people want to engage in BDSM?' Most people who don't understand why, actually believe it is rooted in trauma. Or... share their concerns about the sanity of kinksters. Or simply feel curious about the root of such unconventional intimate practices. Well... after years of playing professionally in this Realm, it is only when I became a Mother (I was out of the industry as a Practionner and only Mentoring) that I had the biggest breakthrough in terms of this question... WHAT IS IT REALLY ABOUT? I shared my perspective in different groups and classes to test my theory and see how it is received. I was quite uncertain at first, as I know the kind of backlash we can get from associating anything related to childhood and the ę/rotic. But since people associate BD|SM with childhood trauma all the time, I wanted to offer an alternative perspective. So take this as my personal opinion and not the absolute truth. What if... it was connected to our memories of safety and security experienced while we were still unconscious little beings, that were taken care of by loving parents that used a lot of equipment and behavioural educational tools to protect us? What if the deep feeling we seek is one of being seen, taken care of, secured, kept safe while being disciplined and punished from someone we trust has our best interest at heart...? Conor Neill: "If you can't write it clearly, the thinking was weak, not the writing" "To believe that something that feels clear in your head is thinking that's a very dangerous thing. When you try to put it down on a page, when you try to lay out your ideas in a structured order that someone else can digest, and you realize that you can't, I suggest the thinking was weak, not the writing." Neill explains his philosophy: "Writing is thinking. The process of taking a notepad, capturing thoughts, laying out the things that I'm thinking about, that is thinking. Sitting and staring out a window, maybe with a cigarette, whatever it is that you think is philosophizing that is not structured thinking. It's only when you're writing down and structuring, getting order into your thoughts on a page so that another person is able to get into the context, the perspective, the different things that you are pulling in to have your worldview." He shares a simple technique: "No matter what you are writing, whether it's an email, a Word document, when you've got a blank sheet of paper, start with the word 'This.' T-H-I-S. Starting with the word 'This' forces you to explain what the document is. It forces you to articulate to the reader what it is that they are holding. It forces you to describe why this document exists, what the objective is. And if you begin with the objective, it helps the reader, and it helps you articulate clearly why you are taking the time to write." Neill shares the most-read post on his blog: "The one post that has got far more views than any other is a post I wrote called 'Why Amazon Banned PowerPoint.' In Amazon, if a presenter wishes to ask people to agree to a budget, to agree to give them resources, they don't use PowerPoint. They write a six-page Word document that states why they are asking for the money and the resources." He explains Jeff Bezos's reasoning: "PowerPoint is easy for the presenter, but it's hard for the people who listen. Writing a six-page essay is hard for the presenter, but it's a lot easier for the people that get to read the document." And there's a second part to the Amazon method: "In the management meeting, the first 20 minutes is reading time. If you have gone to the effort to write six pages explaining your proposal, you deserve to see your work read. You deserve to sit there and see people reading through your work. People will not read before the meeting. The only way you get people to fully digest the six pages is by holding them there for 20 minutes, reading through, noting down their questions. No debate, no discussion until everyone in the room has read all six pages, has taken in the context, has time to think about what they would like to question. After 20 minutes of silent reading, they can have a discussion but an informed discussion." Neill shares a second insight about writing: "Divide writing from editing. Writing is producing words. Editing is improving words. These two processes — you cannot run at the same time." He explains his approach: "Most writers just vomit out a bad first draft. I personally have learned to produce 500 words in one straight blast. If something's wrong, if I need to check a fact, if I want to go back and fix something, I don't. I go 500 words of just getting it out onto the page. When I've got 500 words, then I'll stop and begin the process of editing." Neill shares what great writers understand: "All great writing is rewriting. It's editing. It's the crafting of taking a bad, crappy first draft and slowly iterating it, improving it 1% each time through. But if you haven't got that first draft, there's nothing to improve." He explains how separating these processes changed everything: "Learning to separate these two was one of the most powerful things to get rid of writer's block, to get rid of getting stuck, to get rid of procrastination. My mission when I sit down to write is: decide, am I writing or editing? If it's writing, get 500 bad words down on the page in the next 20 minutes. If it's editing, take the time to go through, improve sentences, change the order, change the structure. But these are two separate processes." Neill reveals the truth about good writing: "Some of my best articles started out as a bad blog post. Then I rewrote it as an article to give out to students. Then I rewrote it to share on another blog. Then I rewrote it to provide to a magazine. It's the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth time of rewriting where it starts to be something that other people read and say, 'Wow, you're quite good at writing.' And the answer is I'm not good at writing. I vomit out a bad first draft and then go through this iterative process. One time, two times, three times, four times through slowly improving. But if you have no first draft, there's nothing to improve."

The biggest threat to humanity and nobody has a clue. The U.N. out of all people are even sounding the alarm, and the sad part is, it's already here. Remote Neurotechnology is changing the future. First MK Ultra with our own government, drugs, torture, and sexual abuse, then, which first started out as a secret DARPA project has now reached the commercial sector and will be a standard feature in all upcoming technology, if it isn't already, without you even knowing about it. Why do you think they want smart cities so bad? You'll be hooked up to the "system" and they will know everything about you physically and mentally. Slowly, I've been introducing you to this technology that has been in development since the 1960s, which first started with Professor Delgado's mind control experiment with the raging bull, and electromagnetic remote mind controlled monkey experiments, to it's perfected versions in the 1980s, and now with the help of, RF, ELF, Bluetooth, 5G, electromagnetic radiation, Blue Light, Quantum computers and A.I., remote neural monitoring is here, and has been for some time. They're just publicly coming out now to talk about it. Some of our brightest minds from Harvard, Yale, MIT, and private military contractors have perfected this amazing but absolutely frightening technology. With what is disguised as new, fun, and amazing technology which does have positive benefits, nobody, of course is talking about the other side. The side that not only our intelligence agencies and hacking groups all around the world already have the capabilities of doing, but now Big Tech and advertisers and every other company will now have access to not only see and understand what you are thinking and seeing in your brain, but also capable of planting thoughts, images, and inducing emotions, and behaviors. Blue light technology which is located in every smartphone and computer monitor and T.V. screen also has the ability itself which can regulate dopamine levels, hence why you see the rise is addiction in the younger generations to their phones and other technologies etc. This also goes with tech being developed for "Pre-Crime" identification that the U.K. is already in development with, so you could be charged for thought crimes. Yes, this is real. Jobs will now be able to detect what your thinking about and if your paying attention to the task at hand or day dreaming. The most IMPORTANT thing I am trying to tell you, if you can read between the lines, is that you have to be aware of this technology for a very specific reason. Some of this tech is so sophisticated, and if you are not aware of it you could be tricked into thinking something is happening that really isn't or be induced to do something, or "WITNESS" something happening to you, when in reality it's really just technology. That's how realistic this tech can make you feel by inducing emotions, and behaviors, along with "sounds/voices." Folks, this is important and why Congress is already quietly writing legislation to protect people's privacy and human rights. Please educate yourself and understand that they've already been using this and logging everyone's thoughts and brain patterns to feed the A.I. so it's capable and operational without your knowing consent but quietly slipping in disclosures into most agreements you simply click away on apps you download or products and headphones/devices that you buy, and you don't even know it. Start paying attention to what your signing and why certain things pop up on your feed while you think about them and other strange happenings. There are no coincidences. You've been warned. Check out my Rumble videos for more information on this technology and get educated.

A rant ⚠️ I grew up in Iran. I lived there most of my life. Four years ago, I would have told you Islam and the Islamic Republic are separate. I believed that. I defended that distinction. Today, for many of us, that distinction no longer feels real. Islam did not arrive in Iran peacefully. It entered through conquest. And today, religion is again enforced through state power. When faith repeatedly arrives and survives through coercion, it’s not surprising that people question the foundation itself. This anger did not come from nowhere. It came from being told this is a “religion of peace” while brutality was justified through it, and from watching leaders openly say they would kill thousands, even millions, to protect their rule and reshape and erase Iranian identity. And it came from hearing people, safe and comfortable in other countries, insist their beliefs are peaceful while defending or excusing that violence. I don’t have many religious relatives left. The ones who were deeply religious have lost whatever faith they had. That may be the Islamic Republic’s greatest and only achievement. And don’t use “diaspora” to silence us. Many of us were raised there. Our families are still there. Our grief is still there. The only difference is that we can speak without being arrested. Being diaspora does not make this lighter. My body may be here, but my mind is not. I don’t sleep or eat peacefully. Every day I see another face, another story, people who had plans, families, ordinary lives before they reduced into numbers, numbers that many deny or mock. These aren’t statistics. They look like people I love. While we can mourn freely, our relatives back home are threatened into silence, even during their 40th day memorials. When my cousin called after attending protests, I was grateful she was alive. She told me she wished she wasn’t, after watching her friends get shot and killed on the street. She told me about a friend who was raped in prison. Another cousin disappeared during the Mahsa Amini uprising. Weeks of silence. We didn’t know if she was alive. Years earlier, her husband had already been killed. She survived that. Now she has been killed too. Even now, relatives tell us to delete messages. To unsend. Because sharing the full truth could cost them their lives. “If only you knew the details” People are not only killed. They are silenced while still breathing. If you continue blaming victims while defending a government that uses faith to justify brutality, against women, men, children, even animals, then you are choosing what you stand for. Attacking innocent people does not protect your religion. It reveals it.

TL;DR: I will be having awake brain surgery 4th of July - It's extremely likely to be a benign tumour - Biopsy to confirm (taken during surgery) - Apart from the surgery shouldn't be too serious to worry about. Story/Thoughts: In April I had 2 seizures within a week, both while I was asleep. The 1st one happened at around 3am, as for memory I just remember being in the ambulance for a few seconds which felt like a dream to then being awake in the ICU. Their diagnosis was "Allergic reaction" as it appeared I couldn't breathe initially. The 2nd was a week later at around 11am I would wake up then go back to sleep etc. but then I woke up with 4 paramedics looking over me saying they had to take me to the hospital (which was nearby) I was staying at my girlfriend's place during this, who was the one that ended up initially seeing and getting help from others. They decided to then do a CT scan that found a mass in my brain which prompted the MRI that is in the video. They also put me on anti-seizure medication that luckily has meant I haven't had one since. The brain tumour appears to non aggressive and likely been there/growing slowly for quite a long time but due to recent events it made the follow ups by my surgeon/doctor to recommend doing surgery to remove as much as possible and run a biopsy. The biopsy will decide what future course of action is best. (I'm from UK so NHS diff. Don't have to pay anything) As for my thoughts, the most impactful one has been seeing the impact on those around me. Especially my girlfriend, who had to see everything unfold twice. With days following would wake up during the night to see if I was still alive to any slight difference in noise I made. For me being unconscious through them moments its unimaginable the emotions and feelings she experienced. I'd do anything to carry the burden alone instead for her seeing a seizure happen to someone you care greatly about. For me, it's been surreal but manageable. In the past I've been very dissociative of myself and the world around. This has helped with the anxiousness of the diagnosis where I'm only affected by the impact I have on others. However it has shown me another perspective which I greatly would like to be better and more personal towards myself and to reflect that. Another thing relating to the above was that during (2017 - Early 2018) before I started production I had 0 direction feeling completely lost. I thought my life was over where I preyed for the end credits to roll as I'd naively thought I'd experience all to experience in life. However, I then found the one thing I was best at which is my production work. My talent was being able to show off other peoples great talent. There's so many amazing stories that exist untold and only realised through the means of production. It was something to live for and every production felt as if it were a reflection of what my entire life was. It's truly made me a much better person with those I've met and the experiences from it all. There are times I get overwhelmed with anger and pain as I still see the state of many shows I'd like to be involved in suffer from a complete lack of vision and execution from incompetence or poor management. To the extent that I feel so passionate about what I do that I'd gladly spend the last day I had on earth directing a live broadcast while dying for my last breath to call end of show. I feel many people who make up these stories such as the players, dedicate their life and have made sacrifices to be there that don't get reflected in the broadcasts that highlight them. Though with such extremities I then come down to reality where each day is different and new. I find moments of bliss with spending time with people I care about and I want to live to see such opportunities and memories ahead created thanks to the time I've spent with my girlfriend and my work that got me to the person that I want to be. Thanks for reading... I'm very inactive publicly about my personal thoughts/stories. But this has prompted me to do so. If you wanted to talk about any experiences you may have had with things surrounding this nature too feel free to msg. Also I really like to call about production stuff and discuss my work so if in the future you'd want to learn or talk, then send me a msg and we could have a call.

I haven't heard this interview before today... It's very interesting.. Donald Trump - September 11, 2001 - Radio Interview “This country is different today, and it's going to be different than it ever was for many years to come.” Radio Host: Donald, you're probably the best-known builder, particularly of great buildings in the city. There's a great deal of question about whether or not the damage and the ultimate destruction of the buildings was caused by the airplanes, by architectural defect, or possibly by bombs or aftershocks. Do you have any thoughts on that? Donald Trump: Well, it wasn't architectural defect. You know, the World Trade Center was always known as a very, very strong building. Don't forget, that took a big bomb in the basement. Now, the basement is the most vulnerable place, because that's your foundation. And it withstood that. And I got to see that area about three or four days after it took place, because one of my structural engineers actually took me for a tour, because he did the building. And I said, I can't believe it. The building was standing solid, and half of the columns were blown out of itself. This was an unbelievably powerful building. If you know anything about structure, it was one of the first buildings that was built from the outside. You had the steel. The reason the World Trade Center had such narrow windows is that in between all the windows, you had the steel on the outside. You had the steel on the outside of the building. That's why when I first looked, and you had big, heavy I-beams. When I first looked at it, I couldn't believe it, because there was a hole in the steel. And this is steel that was, you remember the width of the windows of the World Trade Center, folks? I think, you know, if you were ever up there, they were quite narrow. And in between was this heavy steel. I said, how could a plane, even a plane, even a 767 or a 747 or whatever it might have been, how could it possibly go through the steel? I happen to think that they had not only a plane, but they had bombs that exploded almost simultaneously, because I just can't imagine anything being able to go through that wall. Most buildings are built with the steel that's on the inside around the elevator shaft. This one was built from the outside, which is the strongest structure you can have. And it was almost just like a can of soup. Radio Host: You know, Donald, we were looking at pictures all morning long of that plane coming into Building No. 2, and when you see that approach the far side, and then all of a sudden, within a matter of a millisecond, the explosion pops out the other side. Donald Trump: Right. I just think that it was a plane with more than just fuel. I think, obviously, they were very big planes. They were going very rapidly, because I was also watching where the plane seemed to be not only going fast, it seemed to be coming down into the building. So it was getting the speed from going downhill, so to speak. It just seemed to me that to do that kind of destruction is even more than a big plane, because you're talking about taking out steel, the heaviest caliper steel that was used on the building. I mean, these buildings were rock solid. And, you know, it's just an amazing, amazing thing. This country is different today, and it's going to be different than it ever was for many years to come. Radio Host: Very profound statement, and very true.

Don't Buy a Mac Mini for Clawdbot: The Secret $10,000 Architecture That Costs You Nothing clawdbot might be the reason you feel like you need a ten thousand dollar computer right now but i am about to show you why that fomo is going to leave you broke. if you have been watching everyone rush out to buy mac minis and mac studios just to run open claw or some local models you are witnessing a massive transfer of wealth from your pocket to apple for no reason. there is a specific setup i use that costs almost nothing and keeps my main machine safe from whatever these autonomous agents are doing. if you stick with me i will walk you through the exact architecture of a professional trading system that handles the heavy lifting without you needing to drop a single rack on hardware most people are scared of running these bots on their main computer because they don't want an agent messing with their personal files or browser sessions. instead of buying a second mac mini for six hundred dollars you can just go to the top left of your screen and create a brand new user profile. this acts like a completely isolated sandbox where you can install all your trading tools and agents without them ever seeing your main data. it is essentially like getting a free computer for the price of five minutes of clicking around your settings but what if you aren't on a mac or you need to access your system while you are traveling without carrying three laptops in your backpack. this is where the first loop of professional automation starts to close because i use something called chrome remote desktop to bridge the gap. this allows me to leave a dedicated machine running in a safe place while i access the full desktop environment from a tablet or a cheap laptop anywhere in the world. it solves the mobility issue but it still doesn't solve the problem of those massive ten thousand dollar price tags for high end mac pros if you are a pc user or just someone who doesn't want to own physical hardware yet you should look into a windows vps through a provider like contabo. most developers will tell you to use a linux terminal but if you aren't a coder yet you need a visual interface you can actually see. getting a windows server allows you to log in and see a desktop just like your home computer for about fifteen dollars a month. i usually recommend at least twelve gigabytes of ram to keep things from getting janky when you are running multiple browser windows and agents at once now you might be thinking that the whole point of the big hardware was to run local models like kimi or glm to save on api costs. i spent years thinking i had to own the machines myself and i even spent hundreds of thousands on developers before i realized i could just do this myself. the secret to running those massive open source models without the ten thousand dollar investment is renting gpu power by the hour. sites like lambda labs let you spin up a monster machine that can run any model in existence for just a couple dollars an hour this is the ultimate pivot because it allows you to test if your strategy actually prints money before you commit to the hardware. you can turn the server on when you are iterating and turn it off the second you are done which keeps your overhead near zero. if you haven't proven that your bot can pay for itself yet then buying a mac studio is just an expensive hobby rather than a business move. there is a much bigger loophole involving the anthropic subscriptions that most people are completely overlooking right now right now i am using a specific plan with claude code that costs about two hundred dollars a month but it lets me run open claw all day without hitting api limits. if i were paying for those same tokens through the standard api i would probably be spending hundreds of dollars every single day. it is a massive cost savings that allows you to iterate and fail until you find a winning strategy without draining your bank account. even if they eventually close this loophole or snitch on the usage patterns it serves as the perfect training ground for a data dog the goal is to find a system that works with a smaller or cheaper model like haiku before you ever try to scale up to the heavy weights. if you can make a strategy profitable using a less intelligent and cheaper model then you know you have found real alpha. once you have that foundation you can decide if it finally makes sense to build your own custom pc rig which will always be half the price of an apple machine. i am an apple guy so i usually pay the tax anyway but i only do it once the system is already generating enough to cover the cost ten times over i believe that code is the great equalizer because it took me from losing money and getting liquidated to having fully automated systems doing the work for me. i had to learn to live with the iterations and the failures on youtube to get to this point of clarity. the universe tends to get out of your way once you make a non negotiable contract with yourself to see the process through to the end. you don't need the flashy hardware or the most expensive setup to start winning in this game stay focused on the logic and the data rather than the hype and the fomo that everyone else is falling for. if you can master the bridge between renting power and owning your logic you will be ahead of ninety nine percent of the people in this space. the path to a fully automated life isn't paved with expensive gadgets but with the discipline to iterate until the system finally prints

Seedance 2.5: Some Tips / Thoughts & Prompt Share I knew from the start that the story in this video was a little too ambitious for 30 seconds. Normally, it could easily have been a 2+ minute sequence but I wanted to squeeze it into 30 seconds because there were a few specific things I wanted to test. I used six different character references for this video and wrote the final prompt in Chinese. The council members were actually supposed to speak in an alien language but I think because I asked for English subtitles and wrote the dialogue itself in English, Seedance decided to make them speak English too. Seedance 2.5 follows prompts extremely well. Actually, "extremely strictly" might be a better way to describe it. You need to be very careful with timing. If you ask for too many actions within a very short time window, you may get what feels like a sped-up version of the scene. On the other hand, if you assign too much time to an action that should happen quickly, the result can feel unnaturally slow or almost like slow motion. At least, these are both things I've run into during my tests. The same applies when you use a shot list without timestamps. Depending on how much you ask the model to fit into each shot, the pacing can still end up too fast or too slow. Finding the right balance between the amount of action and the time available is very important. Another thing I noticed is that Seedance 2.5 can be very literal about motion and state transitions. For example, if a character is facing the camera and you want to see their back in the next moment, simply describing the next shot from behind may not be enough. If you don't explicitly say that the character turns around, the model can sometimes morph or transition directly into the rear view without performing the actual turn. Seedance 2.0 would usually handle these things on its own. So it helps to think not only about what you want to see but also how the scene gets there. Once you identify these kinds of issues and explicitly correct them in the prompt, you can usually get a much cleaner result. For scenes with multiple characters, dialogue and a lot of specific details, the 5,000-character prompt limit can also become restrictive in English. Sometimes there simply isn't enough room to describe everything properly. That's where Chinese prompts become useful. My original English prompt clearly needed much more detail, so I rewrote it in Chinese and used the extra space to describe the scene more precisely. You can see the result in the video. Prompt in the replies.

#Aylio #政瞳 Just found this interesting interview of Ayden before airing of double helix. Wanted to share with y'all Qn.1 . "If you had to choose.. Option 1: The person you love is peaceful, safe, and healthy forever, but completely forgets you. Option 2: This person suffers for a lifetime, but can remember you forever. Would you choose 1 or 2?" 🐺: "Then probably 1." Qn. 2. Would you be willing to give up all gentleness/softness for the sake of absolute control?" (Interesting question 👀) 🐺: "I think it depends on what the other person likes maybe they don't respond well to gentleness." (Bro is smiling.. Ok got it😌) 🎤: Oh, alright alright. Qn 3 : If you could see through everyone’s mind, but never feel any emotion, or you could possess the strongest love and empathy forever, but never figure out what others are thinking. Would you choose 1 or 2?" 🐺: "This one is a bit tough." 🎤: "You can take a moment to think." 🐺: "I think I would go with 1. I feel like 2 would be a bit too exhausting." Qn. 4 : "If you had to give up one, would you choose to give up loving, or give up being loved?" 🐺: "Give up being loving." Qn. 5 : "If you had to choose between betrayal and leaving, which one would you choose?" 🐺: "Leaving" Qn. 6 : "If you were allowed to completely delete a deeply painful, agonizing memory, but the price was also deleting the only person in that memory who truly made you happy would you delete it?" 🐺: "I wouldn't. I feel that every painful memory, or painful period of time, exists to help you become better in the future." Qn. 7 : "When answering those questions just now, were you standing more from the perspective of Sun Zheng or Lu Feng? Do you think Lu Feng's choices would differ much from Sun Zheng's own choices?" 🐺: "I think there would be a bit of a difference." Qn. 8 : So what is the biggest difference between you and Lu Feng?" 🐺: "I think I'm a bit more rational than Lu Feng." Such a great human being. The more I know about him the more I love him..

I’ve lost 138 pounds. Reversed my insulin resistance, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, depression, and anxiety. Perimenopause symptoms, gone. PMS, gone. Cramps, gone. Gut issues, almost fully healed. SIBO, gone. The only thing I still work on is my gallbladder and some irregular bile dumping, but that’s expected when you have stones and sludge. I’m actively working on it. Now. Something I hear a lot in my comments is “Isn’t that boring? Don’t you get bored eating that? I could never.” No. I really don’t. There are so many combinations of animal products you can eat. The most nutrient dense is red meat, specifically ruminant animals like beef and lamb that ferment their food through rumination. That’s the gold standard. But you can also eat chicken, fish, pork, and plenty of other options. It does not have to be boring. If you tolerate dairy, you can add it in on occasion. I wouldn’t recommend eating a ton of it though, especially hard cheeses or cottage cheese, because they can slow weight loss and stop you up. Yes, I’ve had that experience. It’s not fun. I have to really watch my cheese intake. LMAO. But here’s the real answer to the “boring” question. When you heal your relationship with food and you’re no longer eating to be entertained, no longer eating for comfort, no longer chasing flavor just for the sake of it, and you start eating because your body is genuinely hungry and genuinely needs those nutrients, everything changes. This is something I’ve experienced firsthand. When you sit down and you’re truly hungry, you’re going to eat what’s in front of you. Period. You’re not going to let yourself starve. The truth is, most of the time we eat it’s not even real hunger. It’s “oh it’s been five hours, I should probably eat something.” Or it’s “I had a bad day and I need comfort.” When you stop approaching food that way and your relationship with it shifts to the point where you see it as medicine, as something that heals and nourishes your body in the best way possible, something wild happens. You start to actually crave those foods. I crave steak. I crave cheeseburgers. I crave fat. Never in my life did I think I’d say that. And here I am. Craving fat. So no, to answer your question, I don’t get bored. Because food is not my focus anymore. And honestly, that’s the real problem out there. Food has become everyone’s focus. Not a means for survival but a means for entertainment and pleasure. We’ve got to break that cycle. So eat the meat. Eat the eggs. Eat the kielbasa if that’s what you can afford. Eat the bacon. Eat the ground beef. If you can afford rib eyes every day, go for it. If you can’t, don’t feel bad about it. Not even for a second. I don’t gatekeep information. This is not rocket science, y’all. I don’t even crave those old foods anymore. Not the pasta. Not the garlic bread. Not the ice cream. Not the sandwiches. I do crave soup, but I can kind of have that on carnivore so we’re good. LOL. My point is this. Heal your relationship with food and you won’t be asking that question anymore. Is it boring? No. It was never about the food.👑
