The meme is quite funny, but banking services by #SBI has improved significantly over the last few years. Let us also not forget that SBI has to serve many hinterland locations and innumerable social obligations. In spite of this, services offered by SBI is unparalleled. 🙏🙏

So true. I have only PPF accounts with SBI which were opened more than two decades ago. This counter to counter movement is unique experience in SBI but still requires at least 3 rounds to get the work done

This is how work is carried out in Bangalore RTOs - one counter after the other. They make a mockery of digitisation. Nobody has heard of single-window transactions there.

Know your Samosa (KYS) updated nahi hai

Yet people prefer to go to the branches for routine services, which can be done online. And they talk about the experience of getting their work done by interacting with the familiar staff, face-to-face.
