After spending a season playing the intern from hell in InStyle's viral social series, Micky Gordon has some thoughts on what actually makes a great intern––and why her character went viral. “People like when someone says what they were thinking inside their head out loud,” Gordon says. Her viral ‘Intern' character, an exaggerated version of herself, indeed does not mince words. Beyond the show, whether the 22-year-old creator is trying to (unsuccessfully) eat pasta with two coffee stirrers or vlogging about her roommate’s fashionable Squatty Potty dupe, Gordon’s unfiltered brand of comedy has earned her a reputation for being a bit of a chaos agent online. Micky Gordon is one of the TIME100 Creators honorees. See the full list here:

Whether she’s LED-masking while her sons wear Spider-Man and Iron Man masks or changing the sheets on her comically oversized mattress (while in heels, of course), her family-friendly content feels spontaneous even if it is anything but. “A lot of the time that 32-second video took like three days to execute,” she says. “It’s just not as glamorous behind the scenes.” Kristy Sarah is one of this year's TIME100 Creators honorees.
