It is now Day 43 of Senator Mitch McConnell’s hospitalization, and I find it unlikely he will return to the Senate to vote tomorrow. This should concern every member of Congress. If a senator falls into a coma after a tragic accident, no family should face public pressure to withdraw life support simply to vacate a Senate seat. Congress should fix this constitutional gap with an amendment that provides a dignified process for prolonged incapacity.

Fire trucks should be allowed to destroy someone’s car if they do something stupid like this. They should plow through it and keep going. People might be dying, and this idiot is turning it into an ego trip. Pretty sure it is legal for a firetruck to damage whatever is preventing them from responding to an emergency if there's no faster, less destructive option. Could be wrong but it makes sense to prioritise saving lives over personal property

Pierre Poilievre was right the whole time. Hard drugs should not be legal. Especially for consumption in public. That the government was funding drug dens. Downtown Vancouver & other parts of BC, became zombie land. Of uncontrolled legal hard drugs should use. Pierre warned “this is not compassionate”, these people “need help”. “Experts” came out and spoke against Poilievre, stating that he was wrong. Fast forward to today, the 3-year pilot that legalized hard drugs is coming to an end in BC. Eby takes no responsibility for his disastrous policy that was supported by the Liberals. Pierre was right. Again. And now, the government just gets to walk away with no accountability for the mess they created.

Chaos erupted after the Benjamin E. Mays High School graduation on Georgia Tech’s campus Thursday as a massive fight broke out during what should have been a proud celebration. Videos of the brawl are now spreading across social media, showing disorder unfolding in front of students, families, and staff. Moments meant to honor achievement and hard work should never turn into scenes like this. What should have been remembered as a milestone is now making headlines for all the wrong reasons. My daughter's majority white high school's graduation the day before yesterday was peaceful. It is a public high school...with a large graduating class, it was also held on a college campus. They started it off with the National Anthem and a prayer. ZERO fights broke out. There was no twerking... whatsoever. No back flips or gettin jiggy wid it. It was nice and peaceful ....as it should be.

It really should be regulated the same way alcohol is. It should be for adult use, 21 and older.
