I can't believe this video is real. In this Deposition by Aaron Siri, Dr. Stanley Plotkin, AKA "The Godfather of Vaccines", revered by Bill Gates, reveals he was in the Congo for "a few months" doing experiments on "individuals under colonial rule". Dr. Plotkin wrote to an "ethics" board in regards to experimental vaccines, questioning whether to "perform initial studies in children and adults who are human in form, but not in social potential".
