That way, our company is designed for agility, for information to flow as quickly as possible, and for people to be empowered by what they do, not what they know. So that’s the architecture of our company.”

You can't teach kids anything. I have five of them — trust me on this. They don't listen to a word you say. The only thing you can do is act. They're watching everything and if you're a decent person, some of it eventually rubs off. If I tell my kids to do A, they do Z. If I tell them Z, maybe they do M. I genuinely don't know what they're going to do on any given day. You model it. That's all you've got.
