If NATO is going to lift their ban on long range weapons, then maybe Russia should lift theirs and finish this damn war.

But Putin said this last year or in 2023. I haven’t seen Russia devastating retaliation except successfully shooting down these NATO missiles. Putin still doesn’t understand that till Russia will retaliate with serious devastation, NATO provocations will continue.
