Simmons really downplayed Cleveland losing their team to Baltimore. Yes Cleveland got a new Browns franchise 4-5 years later but have had to watch the Ravens become one of the best run franchises in the league and win 2 Super Bowls all the while being a division rival of the Browns and the Browns continuing to be nonstop ass.
