If the Syria UAP’s apparent acceleration is due to camera movement, there would be *no* diagonal background movement when the object accelerates. But there is (compare red arrow to background motion). The camera (background) motion only changes *AFTER* the object accelerates.

As I originally claimed balloon due to the shape and movement of the object, I now believe I might be wrong. Further analysis after I slowed the video and recognized the contrast differences that take place on the object depending on the position of the object vs. the ground, leads me to believe this is most likely a Optical Aberration. *Props to rebas for pointing this out in the comment section of my post* If this was a solid object, the object would be consistently outlined against the background (ground). Some are saying the Kate video is fake with a stationary background... Really don't want to have to point out that there isn't a stationary background or some type of green screen on the Kate video but wouldn't be true to myself if I didn't point some things out. The background is moving and you can even see some bugs. The lighting and bench reflection makes sense as well.
