Today I visited this culturally innovative place called Ewaffe Cultural Village Ewaffe Cultural Village in Naggalama village. Visitors typically spend a full day there, where they are practically taken through cultural activities like barkcloth making, preparing local food (kuwaata, luwombo, kusaaniika…), making banana juice (omubissi), fetching water, brick making, fishing, growing and using herbs, ekyooto kya ssenga ne kojja … It is not only a wonderful innovation for cultural education, but also for cultural entrepreneurship where the community is involved and also benefits from the initiative.
