Nathan Allman: Thankfully the new SEC, the new administration is clearly much more ready to embrace tokenization in particular, and has been very engaged with the industry to collect guidance, to inform potential sandboxes or other exemptive relief that they might offer to better enable tokenization in the United States. Unfortunately, to date, our efforts have been largely focused outside of the United States because it has not been particularly clear whether and how we could do the same sorts of activities here. That said, like there has been some progress made in the US . As I was saying earlier, Franklin Templeton, Arca, Fidelity, et cetera, have been working on, tokenized treasuries that are registering 40 ACT funds for some time and. They've gotten, in some cases, some approvals. The tokens have not had the real utility or, capability for utility that we would like to see. And that's a big point of advocacy for us. Like how do we actually file for different types of public securities in the us whether they're 40 ACT funds or of Apple and Tesla and other Reg NMS securities, how do we do that in a way where the tokens are useful and can be used in defi? That is clarity that the SEC can and I'm optimistic will provide. And then once we get that we're off to the races in the us we don't need new legislation like we do with, the market structure bill to clarify what is and isn't a security like we are doing our best to follow existing securities laws, which legitimately are, try to be technology agnostic and we just need some clarification on, relatively technical issues on the margins about how to apply those to, this world of tokenization that we're living in. Sergey Nazarov: Yeah. Yeah. I agree. I think there's a few things that still need to be clarified. I think there are some old things like the OCC interpretive letters and other places that things need to be cleaned up. The Fed cleaned some stuff up recently and that allowed banks to hold crypto on their balance sheet, and some things need to be cleaned up, some things need to be more clear, so that defi and certain approaches to tokenization like yours can go forward. I think both of those categories are still needed. I'm very hopeful about the stablecoin bill. I think that'll pass, that'll obviously be positive for the industry and overall for you folks as well. And adoption. I think then market structure is is the next big thing, which I think some people are hopeful before the August recess, and I'm not exactly clear that's possible, but I think it's a very positive time in DC if there was like ever a good window. For the US regulatory system and frameworks to adopt the types of standards and the clarity that you just described, I think now is the time, basically. Nathan Allman: Absolutely. Sergey Nazarov: I think that puts the industry in a very good place. I think if it happens this year, that kind of gives the green light to all institutions and all the fintechs and all the great companies in the space building exciting new ways of doing things. The green light to just scale everything up right. So if it happens this year, if this regulatory clarity happens this year, it could be this green light that really sets next year up for kind of a scalability and a boom in adoption and in the approaches that you described.
