If they can't read and understand a simple scale ticket, they more than likely can't read and understand highway warning signs. This needs to end!

I see it nearly everyday too. It pisses me off. I know you’ve probably heard how many of them were being pushed through these drive schools so they can fill trucks with bodies and to make money. This man is correct. This needs to end!!!

completely agree with you. I did trucking insurance and it is scary what is allowed on the road. The DOT violations are crazy and they are rude, don't speak english or understand anything about trucking. All their CDL show January 1 birthdays. I imagine they are not legal

Not surprised one bit. I suspect a lot of these foreign drivers do not follow any of the DOT regulations either.

I have been saying this for years! Truckers that come into our plant from other countries can’t even read a sign that directs them where to check in. The buzzer is right below the sign!

I was driving my PU on I 70 today, and the truck driving I saw was kind of scary. Drivers not staying in there lane, quick lane changes and no signals. And I was only on the interstate about 20 miles.
