A few years ago an army soldier’s wife was misbehaved by a relative of a Congress MLA in my area, the local police supported the MLA and the news reached the CO. The Commanding Officer brought 6 Trucks full of Soldiers and Paraded the MLA and his goons naked in the market and took everyone to his Army Cantt and gave them army treatment. The CO told me “Vibhor if we can’t protect our women then how will we protect our nation”… This army tradition should be used in this case.

All culprits ought to be dismissed from police service. Fast track trial and conviction must follow. Exemplary punishment be given to these ungrateful wretched souls who do not honour our Soldiers and Women. Army HQ and MoD must take up the issue with the State Government and put in place a protocol to ensure that such unacceptable things do not happen again to our brave soldiers and their families.

Extremely horrific, How can a police officer do this Ladies constable was helping them to molest a lady They should be dismissed from service immediately and charge them with all possible charges so that it could be a lesson for others
