If Trump is elected again, he’s already stated his intention to stack the Supreme Court with ultra-conservative justices that will carry out the Project 2025 right-wing extremist, Christian nationalist agenda for generations. This isn’t just about reproductive rights—another Trump presidency is an existential threat to all of our rights...

@StandUpAmerica We need to address those that voted Biden in 2020 but refuse to now bc they disagree w his actions w Israel-Palestine. I grieve for Palestine every day, but I put my frustration aside for the sake of millions more lives in the US. Letting Trump win won't save Palestine either

@StandUpAmerica This doesn’t just affect America, it will spread across the world. Trump will make decisions that will throw us headlong into WW3. And frankly I’m concerned that the states would be on Russias side for it…

@StandUpAmerica if biden isn't someone's favorite, that's fine, but i need people to understand that this election is about more than just a candidate. IT’S ABOUT CHOOSING HUMAN RIGHTS! by voting for biden, you're voting to protect and uphold human rights.

@StandUpAmerica Keep posting these everywhere. Trump can not be allowed to become president ever again. Vote Biden is the only way right now, but it will keep this monster Trump from making America a place people will no longer want to be or visit.

This is the dumbest shit ever‼️ Actress Drea de Matteo calls herself a liberal and an RFK Jr. supporter, but she’s now planning to vote for Donald Trump because she’s “happy that there’s unity right now.” A true liberal would not support Trump, who’s against everything we value on the left. He’s against abortion rights, wants to weaken our right to vote, and as president, he nominated ultra-conservative Supreme Court justices who will continue to undermine our rights. He cut the Environmental Protection Agency's budget by 31% and rolled back more than 100 environmental regulations. FDA enforcement actions also plummeted.

#BREAKING: Hayes: “…if Susan Collins is re-elected, remember this, she will continue to rubber stamp the Trump agenda and all that means, and mark my words, there will be MORE chances for her to install right wing justices in the court to help cement conservative control of that institution for another generation. Sam Alito is 76 years old. He’s all but confirmed he’s retiring soon. Clarence Thomas is 77. He’s already threatened to quit at least once. If Republicans hold the Senate, it seems essentially assured that BOTH men will announce their retirement. Donald Trump will replace them with ideological zealots four decades their junior, and Susan Collins will hem and haw about how CONCERNED she is and then she’ll vote to confirm then anyway, as she did with Brett Kavanaugh. So that is what the stakes are in the [Maine] Senate race.”😳

Donald Trump is an existential threat to our democracy. That’s why I’ve taken him on time and time again. We cannot afford another Trump presidency. Let’s win this for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.

🚨BREAKING: THIS WILL SEND SHOCKWAVES TO THE DEMOCRATS AND RINOS 🚨 Trump just took it STRAIGHT to the Supreme Court. The Trump administration is demanding an EMERGENCY ruling from SCOTUS right now to clean the voter rolls and lock in real voter ID BEFORE Election Day. No more games. No more delays. They’re forcing the highest court in the land to decide this ASAP. Meanwhile Hakeem Jeffries is out here signaling that if Dems take power they’re ready to pack the Court and slap term limits on justices. This is massive. Trump isn’t playing. He’s going all the way to SCOTUS for clean elections. Who’s ready for this fight? 🔥

Once again, the Executive Order about mail-in ballots that President Trump signed yesterday has all the right people panicking, including the rat-faced weasel Marc Elias. The weasel just went on TV and proclaimed that he is getting ready to sue the Trump administration simply because they are making our elections safe. Scumbag Elias has a wild new conspiracy theory that this is just the start of Dictator Trump taking away civil rights from the American people 😂 “This is not politics as usual. This is not just the usual back and forth between parties. This is an existential threat to democracy because you have an authoritarian who wants to drive the outcome of the election.” Wrong. It’s an existential threat to the deep state, not democracy. Keep crying. We love it.

The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that the Trump administration must facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The story of his detainment is horrifying, all of us must share his story and demand his quick and safe return. An assault on the due process rights of anyone is a threat to the due process rights of everyone.

Our nation's highest court is not a conservative court. A conservative court would have some respect for precedent. This is a partisan court, with a reactionary social agenda. And unless we are to accept the loss of our rights, the court must be expanded, rebalanced and reformed. Here is what I had to say:

This is why many conservatives will vote for VP Harris. Both Trump & Harris aren't conservative. But only one of them is fit for office Mike Pence: “Trump is pursuing & articulating an agenda that is at odds with the conservative agenda…I cannot in good conscience endorse Trump”

NEW: Melinda Gates announces that she will be voting for President Biden and not Trump because of the "heinous things [Trump] says about women." Melinda, who is worth about $11 billion thanks to her ex-husband, made the comments during an interview with Gayle King. "It is gonna come down in this election... to the women turning out in the battleground states. They turned out in the midterm elections and said this is enough. And we've gotta do it again." "I cannot vote for a man who rolls back women's reproductive rights and says the heinous things that he says about women." "I absolutely am not voting for Trump, and I will vote for Biden."

The right to make decisions about our own bodies is under attack in Congress and in the Courts today. Right here. Right now. Just moments ago, the conservative majority of SCOTUS handed down a ruling that would allow states to cut off Medicaid for reproductive care, while Congress is *actively* trying to pass a national ACA abortion ban in reconciliation. This fight is now. And it is part of our bigger fight for our democracy, our rights, and the future of this country!

We must reform the Supreme Court. We need court expansion, a binding code of ethics, and term limits for justices. Because from voting rights to healthcare to immigrant justice, they are a threat to the progress that has been made in this country.
