Discipline is key. The local contractor wants huge profits at all cost. @gharmyofficial has nothing but discipline. They will do the work, regardless. Local contractor will take all the money involved and still show you a tree that has stalled work for 3 years

Today, on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, we not only recognize the soldiers defending Ukraine at the moment but also cherish the memory of the male and female Defenders who died protecting Ukraine. Some of them were farmers, some of them were poets, and some of them ran successful businesses. They wanted to live, raise children, travel... To make coffee in the morning, to achieve success at work, and to hug their loved ones in the evenings. But the war unleashed by Russia forced them to take up arms. Our brave Warriors gave their lives for Ukraine and a peaceful sky for their children. And we will do everything to finish what they fought for - for preserving our statehood and for people to live in a peaceful and free country. Let's honor the memory of all the fallen Heroes.

So the NDC would rather spend $1B on pre construction & clearing works alone for their new expressway than use part of it to complete the remaining 30% of the 4 bypasses on the Accra-Kumasi road? The government is unmoved by the everyday accidents on that stretch because they want to finish their manifesto promises first. "let's finish building our 24-hour markets before we tackle Agenda 111." How can we build sophisticated systems as a nation with this?

An update on the phenomenal work being undertaken by the Ghana Armed Forces on President Mahama’s transformational Accra-Kumasi Expressway project. So far, about 51km of the entire stretch has been successfully cleared. In June, following assessments by the relevant state agencies, the Ghana Armed Forces will commence the payment of compensation to affected citizens. Steadily, deliberately, and with remarkable professionalism, the foundation is being laid for what will become one of Ghana’s most strategic and economically transformative corridors. The progress made so far is truly impressive.
