@GoTimeFM Need to listen but from that cut I disagree. You can’t design a system for unknown requirements, if you try, you end up with an over-engineered mess instead of a simpler mess that’s easier to fix.

I deeply agree but also we have to keep in mind, analysis paralysis meaning if we try to design everything upfront, no one can increment it or becomes too rigid/inflexible. Moderate designing is important tho
