The problems in the near future do not look good, Theres a upcoming math and beaurocratic issue that is avoidable, I don’t think there is any solution currently..the insurance companies are using a loophole rn where they need pictures and proof of street number address. But the homes don’t have them cause they are burnt down. Everyone was getting warnings months back on analytics that felt uncomfortable. There was a tear in the cover of the palisades resivoir that was supposed to get maintaince the money or maintenance never came, it was negotiated i believe over a year ago and would be logged in the HOA meeting minutes. There is some really bizarre math that is bubbling things to the surface. Prayers for Altadena the fires have been devastating
